"You lied!" Dax whispered behind me as I led him through the "Cousins" hotel.

"Shhh not really I mean it is called cousins." I walked down the maroon hallway looking for room 206, while hoping the man has left.

"Oh well that's true, why do we have to whisper anyway?" Dax said beginning to look on the other side of the hallway for the room.

"Found it." I stared at the numbers on the door I was scared to open it but I didn't want to seem suspicious so I just swung open the door to nothing. "Whew, close call." I said to myself.

"So where is your surf board?" he looked inside from the door frame. "Shit this hotel sucks why are you staying here and not at your house?" he asked while still looking inside the hotel room as if he was going to buy it.

"Because I don't want to be with my mom." I clenched onto my bags. "Shit that bastard took my surf board." I grew angry by the second. "Lets go." I said walking past him out the room.

After walking for at least thirty minutes we finally reach his beach house. It was blue with a white door.

"wow, really nice." I looked up at the house as if it was a skyscraper. "How can you afford this?" I asked looking behind me to see the view of the ocean. "Dude you only have to walk like for a second, you are right on the beach!"

"Yea, I inherited a lot of money from my family so I used a little bit of it to buy this beach house it wasn't that expensive." Dax turned around and faced the ocean with me.

"Wow Mr. Dax a responsible man." I said while smiling at the ocean.

"Yup, lets go inside." I followed him up the stairs and into the beach house.

"Oh my" Inside was huge, high ceiling, a beautiful big kitchen, and three bedrooms. "This is just amazing, I bet your girlfriend must stay here all the time." I said sliding my hand across the cold marbled counter top.

"Nah she lives in New York, well she goes to the University." I watched Dax pick up all my belongings and carry it to a room, I followed.

"Oh my gosh." I stared into the room, a beautiful beige shiny surf board leaned against a baby pink wall by the closet. Barely taking my eyes off of that gorgeous surf board I noticed the whole room was themed surfing. "Can I touch it." I slowly walked over to it, turning around to face him half way there.

"Sure." he flashed me a smile and leaned against the door frame watching me walk up to the surf board as if it was a treasure. I placed my hand against the surf board closing my eyes imagining me in the ocean with this bad boy. "So where is your boyfriend?" Dax asked ruining my imagination. I opened my eyes and stared deeply into the nonexistent soul of the surfboard.

"He lives in...uhhh Alabama." I squint my eyes and pinched my lips together wondering if he was going to believe it.

"Oh sweet my sister lives in Alabama." I turned around and couldn't help but to smile. My smile faded as I stood there looking at him, I never noticed how handsome he is and tall. "Well I should let you sleep." He winked at me and was soon gone. I shut my eyes and breathed in the aroma of fresh sheets.
I have never slept in a bed this comfortable and so much space I could lay down diagonally. The room was completely dark and the house was very silent. If you listened closely you could hear the water being pulled by the moon. If I had my board I would definitely go surfing, perfect waves for it.
"Hey, are you sleeping." Started I sat up and saw Dax standing between the door frame.
"No" I said, staring at the dark figure.
"Good." He switched on the light and stood there shirtless. "Wanna go surfing." he flashed me his amazing smile.
"Sounds amazing but I have no board." Staring at his full pecs and a carved six pack with a deep v line. "The waves sound perfect." I said looking down at the smooth sheets.
"You can use that board, i bought it for my girlfriend but she isnt really into surfing."

"Really OH MY GOSH." i jumped out of bed and wrapped my arms around his neck. "It is such a beautiful board!" i said running over to it and smoothing my hand over it.

"You are welcome Bondi, how are we gonna be surfing buddies when one of us doesnt even have a surf board." I looked at him and smiled.

"To think i thought you were just a dweeb."

The moon lit up the whole beach, i couldnt help but to stare at our matching bathing suits and our glowing skin. "Waves are really up there huh?" I said looking far out where it looked like the whole world was just a big ocean.

"Yup, just stick together." His hand grabbed my hand and i did nothing to refuse it.

        "Duhh we are surfing buddies."

The water was cold and the waves were high. I straddled the surf board as my wet hair stuck to my bare back. From a distance i watched Dax ride the waves slowly and gentle as if everything in the world seemed peaceful. "You gotta catch these waves man." He yelled while standing ontop of his baby blue board. I paddled over to where he was.

"Alright this wave coming lets get this one." we both began paddling fast, and strong forgetting the cold water freeezing our skin, and water splashing are faces. At the same time, we lifted up our bodies and stood ontop of the board. The wave was better than decent, i could see the alluring clear water split in half by the surf board leaving many ripples.

I looked over to Dax and smiled. "Thank you." I whispered.
