But She Is My Teacher?

Jades POV

"Ms. Thirlwall please come down to the office, Ms.Thirlwall to the office please" 

I was siting with Perrie in the back Choir room on my off period and we were having lunch together, when I heard my name being called down to the Principals office. At the moment I panicked, oh no did she some how find out about Perrie and I? Im sure there was no way, only four people know! Perrie, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and I are the only ones.

 I look at Perrie, who looks at me and fear are in our eyes. I freeze and forget that I actually have to go see the principal. I feel like I'm in high school again and I am getting a detention. But if she talks to me about me and a student having a unlawful relationship, the punishment for that will be a lot worse than that of a detention for skipping class.

 I don't want to get to worked up and nervous, Im sure its nothing right? One can only hope. 

As I make my way to the principals office, I see Jesy and Leigh glance my way from a classroom, with a concerned look on their face and I smile back to act like I'm just saying hi to my students so I don't draw to much to the situation I am about to enter into. 

"Hello, Ms. Thirlwall" She says to me

"Hello, Principal Kensington, how are you today?" I say with a smile on my face acting totally normal

"Im good thank you, okay so Ms. Thirlwall there have been complaints of you being to hands on with students" 

"Well, I feel like getting them to open up through music and deal with there problems, or what ever is going on in there lives is very good for their mental health, and through music they are learning how to write about themselves and how to write meaningful lyrics, that they could possibly use to help others in the future or just in the classroom" Avoiding the literal meaning of that sentence seemed like the best option. 

"Thats very good, I like your way of teaching, but thats not quite what I meant" Oh god she literally meant hands on, is all I could think !

"Now, listen Ms. Thirlwall, we do not want rumors or even the reality of a teacher being innaprotiate towards a student, even if you care about there well being" She says with a stern look, before I could defend me and Perrie she continues her sentence

"Now listen, you did the right thing by making sure Leigh-Anne Pinnock was okay after running out of your class room, but a certain student who was in the hallway at the time took it the wrong way, now we wouldn't want you to get fired for this now would we"

"No that would be bad, and Principal Kensington I can assure you there is nothing innaprotiate going on between me and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, I was only making sure she was okay as any teacher would, as she ran out of my classroom crying." And I didn't even have to lie about that

"I care about my students well being" I continue " I was talking her down to make sure she didn't  have a panic attack, or worse." I say making sure my point was across

" Im glad we cleared that up, now Ms. Thirlwall, please be aware of how your actions towards students might look next time, Im glad you and a student aren't having a innaprotiate relationship. You are free to go back to your class now, thank you"She says

"Yes thank you again, I can assure I am not" With that I get up and walk out, my heart was beating a million miles per minute. 

As I get back to my classroom Perrie was still sitting there, she was seating on her phone, listening to music, she looked up and she saw me standing with a smile on my face, she ran up and gave me a hug.

"Ahh bubba Im so happy we didn't get caught" She says and gives me a kiss on the cheek

"Um about that, I just got fired, but now we can date openly and thats why I am smiling" I say trying not to laugh, although that wouldn't have been the worst thing to happen

"Oh no Jade!!! Thats horrible, what are you going to do for a job or money, I mean yay we actually get to go out but like this is your job, your only source of income!" She looks so worried and scared I couldn't keep up the lie

"Pez, Pez calm down its okay I didn't actually get fired, Im joking" I say

She slaps me on the arm, not very hard of course "stupid cow" she says

"Hey, haha" 

We just laugh until the bell rings and its time to get to class.
