THE MASK OF HAPPINESS

We all know 'the darkest sorrow has the happiest smile'. That being said, I think everything harsh and hard comes to an end. And to face it is the only option there is.

Shinchan, one of the well known cartoons is based on a real boy. The character Shinchan is based on a five year old boy who died trying to save his little sister in a bridge accident. Doraemon, also a famous cartoon is based on a sixteen year old boy who suffered from mental disorder and saw a robot named Doraemon. He used to talk to the imaginary friend and this lead to the taunts and teasing of schoolmates. He committed suicide by pointing a gun on his head. Still people enjoy these shows just because they assume what they see is the only reality.

People usually overlook the sorrow behind the happiness and success of others. Also this mask of happiness is always tough to penetrate through. We can't easily look through it, although some people can do that easily. Honestly I can't. It takes time. People who wear masks are strong, strong enough to pretend everything is ok even if their world is tearing apart from inside. From what I experienced, Pain has always given happiness in the end. A lesson in disguise.
