Chapter One: Move

Am I really writing this crap? haha. This isn't meant to be taken seriously. I'm just having fun.

These will get longer, I promise. This is super short.

Today is the day that I am moving to Madagascar, where many people are bringing their daughters to see if they will be one of the prince's 6 wives.

On the hovercraft I glance at the girls around me. Most seem excited and nervous. I feel like this is stupid. Why would we return to what we did in the past just because the Accondelites took over our world? Why are most of the Accondelites male anyway?

Accondelites are from a earthlike planet discovered in 2014. They are not stereotypical aliens. They look like us. You know, other than the fact that their eyes glow sometimes. People say that it happens when they're aroused. They're eyes aren't normal colors, either. They vary from yellow, violet, red, pink, and the royal's eyes are multicolored.

The hovercraft starts to land, and I see a person come out of a car. He is definitely an Accondelite, judging from his red eyes. He beckons to the girls, who are now getting off.

My seatbuckle unclips, and I get up. By the time I'm out, another giant car is being filled.

The ride to the palace is amazing. I can't believe my eyes. "Accondelites are very talented, aren't they?" Says a girl to my right.

"Very." I answer, not really paying attention.

"I'm Leah, by the way." She says

"Bri." I tell her.

"How old are you?" Leah asks

"I'm 14." I sigh, as I am the youngest that they'll accept.

"Wow." Leah gasps

"Yeah, my parents couldn't wait to get me out." I say, a little sad at the fact.

"I'm 17," She says. 17 is the oldest they allow parents to enter.

"Cool." I say

She's silent, but then she sounds a little angry.

"It's so messed up, that they're going to make a 14 year old girl get married."

I'm surprised, actually.

When we get to the palace, that is when I finally start panicking.

I'm not ready for this. I don't want to be here!

But I do get called up.

"Bri Gallagher!"

I walk, and Leah glances up from her lap. She seems sad.

I look at the huge holding room one more time before I enter the door, and I make eye contact with a girl who looks as young as me.

Wow.

In the new room, I am put before four guys.

I'm surprised. They're actually pretty good looking.

They ask me many questions, and even though I'm nervous, they grin at my answers. One even laughed.

They turn to a guard and nod. I'm taken out of the room.

Was I just chosen?
