Hey, I know I haven't wrote in forever. Forgive me? This chapter will be longish.

Religion is involved in this chapter, for anyone who is uncomfortable with that, I'm sorry.

Things are about to get interesting... :3

I ship it.

Bri

I hear yelling, so I walk out into the hallway.

"Okay! Have fun with that!" Luke yells. Hmm, haven't seen him much, does he interact with us, like, ever?

He starts to walk this way, and I duck into my room. He knocks on Leah's door.

What?

I hear Leah being snarky, and Luke getting frustrated.

Then everything goes silent, for a moment.

Then I hear the moans and mumbles.

"What the fuck?" I whisper.

I close my door, feeling strange. What was that?

I lay on my bed, very confused.

Ashton

"Seriously, Ash, I just find it a little weird that you, the oldest of us, decide to go for a fourteen year old. Someone who just turned fourteen, no less." Calum says. He and Michael walked into my room about two minutes ago, and somehow it lead to Bri.

"Yeah, she almost didn't make it into the age qualification." Mikey says.

"If you wouldn't have tweaked with the minimum age, she wouldn't have." Calum says to me, raising an eyebrow.

"Guys, she's a prodigy, we need her for the superhuman experiment." I say, rolling my eyes.

"How'd you know she was a prodigy, anyway? It's not like we gave them tests." Michael asks, suspicious.

"Fine," I sigh, "I was curious one day, and I searched up grades for girls 13-24, as the choosing was the next year, and they'd all be a year older, and hers was a cut above the rest, and she was one of the youngest on there. She plays many instruments, and she's very clever. The only downside was that she wasn't very fast, or strong, but that could be overlooked."

"So you stalked her?" Calum asks, guessing what came next.

"Yes," I sigh again, "I stalked her. I gave them tests to give just to her, but I told them not to tell her how special she was."

"You couldn't have her getting arrogant." Michael says.

"Exactly. Anyway, the tests were translated from Accondelite tests, and she passed."

They looked surprised. Accondelite tests were very hard compared to Earth tests.

"Does she know?"

"No."

Bri

"Hello there, the angel from my nightmare." I sing the words to an old song, "I Miss You", by Blink182, as I get ready for my day, which I believe is a meeting day.

Meeting Days are days when things are finally cleared up for us, the chosen.

Honestly, I'm excited.

I feel a deep ache in my chest though, and don't know why. I feel like I miss someone, but who would it be? The only person I love in the world is my mother, but the ache that comes with missing her is more of a pain, not an ache.
