"El!" Lora shrieked, making her way through the crowd.
"I'm over him", she blurted out loud.
Elijah raised an eyebrow.
"What?" she exclaimed "Am I not even allowed to express my thoughts here? C'mon! That's not fair."
El paying no heed to what she just said, marched towards his classroom.
"Elijah", She called out his name until his figure disappeared into the rabble.
He never leaves me unanswered. It's strange. She thought to herself.
When her attention shifted from what she'd just witnessed, she took notice of the chaos.
Whispers passed ear to air, reverberating through the hallways. They accompanied all judging eyes that creepily stared at her as though they were finding an answer.
Lora swallowed hard. She nervously tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear leaving her flushed cheeks exposed.
