Chapter 5

Leo POV

When Meredith said her ex boyfriend I just wanted to know what happened to make everyone so paranoid. But I spoke to soon. He was ready there talking to my girlfriend. Was she even my girlfriend? I thought so but she was acting like she couldn't breath when he asked if she was ignoring him on purpose.

"Maybe" said Carter answering for her. She looked so pale.This Seth guy was looking at my hands around her waist. I wanted to move them but she put her hands over mine to stop me.

"Since when were into nerds?" he said with a laugh in his voice. Calypso was now mad that he had called me a nerd.

"He isn't a nerd" she said with anger in her voice.

"With no need to defend him. It's not like you two are together" He said looking around for someone but I didn't know who. I didn't know what to say."Yes we are together".When she said this everyone's head turned around.And I just smiled and rested my head on her shoulder.

Carter POV

When I saw him talking to Calypso. I got so angry water started to flow around me. But then the no felt someone hold my hand. When I looked over it was Meredith. She is always there to comfort me when I need it. I know sometimes I can be a real jerk. But I need her all the time no matter what has happened before.

"What do you want?" I say to Seth, looking him and the girl. She seems familiar, but I can't put my name on it.

"Nothing just came to see what you guys are up to. Calm down man"

He said that like everything was OK between all of us.

"I think you should leave before anything happens" Gabriel said look at me and Seth.

"I have places to be anyways. See you guys when I see you"He said and left.When I looked back Calypso had passed out in Leo's arms. We got to the nearest table and give her water.

Calypso POV

I can't believe that just happened.

When I wake up I am in Leo's arms and I am looking up at him. Then I notice where I am and I start crying.

I don't know why but I just need to get this out. I don't know why I said anything to Seth or why he came up to us. All I could think about is Carter going all water boy on Seth.

All I hear in my ear is Leo saying "Everything will be OK. He is gone and you are here with me."I fall asleep in his arms. When I wake up I notice that I am in Mere's car and she is driving all of us home. The car is silent. I look up at Leo who is asleep against the window.I sit up and put his head on my shoulder and fall asleep again.

But when I wake up I hear sirens.
