Chapter 55

Arias POV
We were about 7 hours into the flight and Mere was sleeping on my shoulder. Since this plane was big, we got a whole row of 4 to ourselves, with Cal and Leo right in front of us. I made sure they sat there because I wanted to keep an eye on them.
They had only been together for a year and they had already fallen in love with each other and Leo wanted to marry her. Cal had had a lot of heartbreak in her life and now she seemed happy, like she sees a flame in him.
I hadn't noticed how long I was looking at them and wondering how I can get my life to be like theirs. I had only noticed when I could feel Meredith looking at me.
"You must really be thinking. They love each other they will be fine."
She sat up and her hair fell in her face. She had dyed her hair before we left to a light brown,which went with her complexion perfectly. Every time I complimented her on it she would blush and it would make her look even more beautiful.
I moved her hair from her face and sat her down on my lap. I wrapped her arms around her body.
"I know it is just my brother instinct that's all."
She looked me in the eye and messed with my hair. She had seemed so fascinated with it. Even thought Meredith had been Calypso's since we were little, I feel like I have never seen this side of her. She was quiet when she touched my hair and as she looked me in the eyes I could only think about how much I loved her.
"Meredith, I love you."
She didn't stop playing with my hair. She kept her eyes on mine and she started to smile. I knew she knows I love her I just never said it to her.
"I love you Arias."
When she said that I looked at her beautiful hazel eyes and kissed her. She was all mine and I couldn't be more happy.

Leo POV
About 10 hours into the flight I started getting restless. I have never sat on a plane for more then 2 hours and I couldn't stop thinking about how I was going going to ask the love of my life to marry me.
What if her father says no even thought Aiden and Arias said yes. What if she doesn't want to get married to me. What if she was still in love with Seth. My mind was thinking about 10 million things at once. I needed to talk to Arias.
Calypso was watching Pitch Perfect, which she had watched like 3 times now. I looked the the seat behind me to see Arias just watching tv.
"Pssstt. Arias I need to talk to you. Like now."
I gave him the most serious look ever and he told Meredith to go sit with Ca while we talked. I gave her a smile as we switched rows.
"Dude, I think I am crazy."
"Tell me something I don't know Leo."
I gave him the most angry look I could ever do.
"So what's wrong Mr. Valdez?"
