Chapter 2
"Once I enter the principal's office, I see my parents, the principal and two men in uniform,dressed in black suits. one had black hair and light brown eyes the other had dark eyes and dark brown hair and they both wore the same expression, their face were emotionless.
"Mum?, dad?"I say with a frown on my face. "Mum what's going on?, Umm did I do something wrong?" I asked in a panicking tone.
"I swear I didn't do it! What ever it is, it wasn't me." I blurted out.
My mum couldn't hold her laughter anymore so she started laughing and so did my dad and the principal, but the two man just had the same emotionless face
But I could see that the Brown eyes one was trying not to laugh.
"Umm." The principal clear his throat and says "you're not in trouble miss Gray."
"I'm not?"I ask.
"I mean of course I'm not. Why would I be? It's not like I did anything"I say with a nervous laugh.
Mum smile and so did my dad.
"So.. why are we all here?"I asked with a new wave of confidence.
"We're here because you're principal called to inform us about a wand competition coming up next week."my dad answers.
Wand competition?...
"I didn't hear anything about a wand competition."I say a little confused about what's going on here.
"There's a poster up with the names of the 2 people taking part in this competition and you're are one of them." The principal says with a big smile on his face.
What is he smiling about?...
"Oh" was all I could say.
"Emmm.. so why are they here?"I asked looking at the two scary man in black.
"Oh they're from elder Elijah, he sent them, you and Anna znne will both have one of them to prepare you for the competition"the principal answers.
Anna what? Oh no!
I guess you're all wondering who Anna Znne is?
She's the school's 'I'm the best and you're nothing girl" and might I add, she is good at using a wand and by good I mean 'very' good.
Hell! She's even better than me! And they want me to compete against her?
They must really be kidding me!
"Why would we need one of them to help us?"I asked.
It's just a simple competition so why would we need their help?
"Because this competition is really important for you and your school" it was the light Brown eyes one that answered my question this time.
"Why? What does it have to do with the school?" I asked I know I'm asking so many questions, but I can't help it!
The one with dark eyes showed an annoyed look. and I don't blame him. I would probably be annoyed if I were him.
"Honey the Winner of this competition gets to go to "royal blue high school" with 5 of her friends"my mum was the one to answer my question this time.
And that shut me up.
