Ch. 2 - Rude Is The New Sexy.

It was now mid-December, and the cold cool air blows through my (h/c) hair. I put my hand up into the sky and feel snowflakes land into my palm. It has been awhile since it snowed, no, it has been forever since it snowed.
It may be winter but where I live it rarely happens.

Because the snow is so light, and doesn't seem to be causing troubles. All kids and teenagers were forced into going to school.

Thankfully, the school district decided to give us a half day. Which means we will only be attending three periods, and lunch of course. I slowly reach my destination when I hear a familiar voice call my name. I stop and turn around to see it was one of my closest friends, Eren. My other closest friend was Sasha Braus. ( yesss the one from the anime/manga )

"Hey (y/n) wait up!" Eren yells as if I was going to ditch him.

I smirk and decide to run up the stairs to get away from Eren. As if we're playing a little game. I start laughing when I look back to see Eren frowning but still deciding to chase me. I turn my attention back to getting away from Eren. But as I step a bit to quickly on the stairs, I realize a patch was covered in ice and I start to fall back. Embracing my body getting ready for the impact.

After a few seconds, I realized someone caught me. I did feel my body fall, but I didn't feel any pain. I open my eyes expecting it to be Eren; but it wasn't. I was staring into the cold steel blue eyes of a stranger.

Holy mother of god. I soon did realize the position the two of us were in and I felt my cheeks heating up. Oh god, I was probably red as a tomato for being embarrassed. I slowly remove myself from his body and get up.

"I-I am s-so sorry." I manage to stutter out obviously embarrassed.

I reach out a hand to help him get up, but he rejects it and get up on his own. Once he gets up, he winces in pain and his hand immediately goes to his head. Oh shit.

'He probably hit his head from the fall!' I thought as I face-palmed myself.

Darn, I really screwed it up this time didn't I? I got this innocent stranger hurt because of my clumsy moves. Now he is pissed off. At me.

"Tch. You've really got to watch where you step." The stranger says sounding slightly rude. Even a little angry.

My cheeks just burn up more, feeling even more sorry.

"Look what you've done! I've got a massive headache now, and my clothes are soaked with snow!" He says even louder and more angrier.

"I-I s-s-said I was s-sorry." I manage to squeak out, too scared and embarrassed to talk.

The boy was now hovering over me and his warm breath hitting my face.

I look to my left and see Eren and Sasha just watching the whole thing happen. Oh great Sasha, she is probably going to make a big fuss about this once it's over.

'Help me.' I mouth to my clueless friends.

Eren snaps out of whatever he was thinking and run over to me. He pulls me away from the stranger and hugs me, lightly kissing my head. I blush at the sudden contact Eren was giving me.

He releases me from his strong hug and walks over to the boy that was being so rude. Hovering over his short statue.

"Look shorty," Eren says lightly shoving him, "if you don't back off and stop being such an ass you'll regret it."

The boy just smirks and kicks Eren in the shin. Causing Eren to fall to his knees, surprised at the sudden move. I gasp and immediately run towards him.
