"Mom?"
They went silent, your mother turning toward the doorway you were standing in. "Y/n." She smiled, getting up and beginning to walk over to you. "Mom." You sobbed, Mary hugging you tightly. You stayed like that for awhile, clinging to your mother. You heard her begin to sniffle and wrapped your arms tighter around your mother. Eventually the happy tears stopped, anger at your siblings edging into your conscious.
After hours of talking to your mother and finding out what had happened since she had been brought back. "Dean, Sam, can I talk to you in private for a few minutes?" They nodded and followed you into the library. "So, were you ever going to tell me that our mother is alive?" You spat, raising an eyebrow. "Y/n-"
"You know what, no, you don't get to talk. You kept the fact that Mom is back for months and expect me to be happy about the fact that a demon had to be the one to tell me my own mother is alive again?!"
"Y/n-"
"What, Sam? What can you say that will make this better? What will make the fact that a demon had to be the one to tell me my own mother is alive?"
You stormed out, beyond frustrated with your selfish brothers, going to find your mom.
You found her standing in the kitchen, pretending she hadn't been listening. "Honey, you shouldn't blame them. We didn't know if you were alive or not."
"So your solution was to not even look for me? All this time...Mom, I've been so lonely. I'm so tired of being on my own, always being ignored by my own family."
Mary pulled you into a hug. "I know it's hard to be on your own, sweetie. I know. But you're with us now. It's gonna get better." She told you, kissing your forehead. You cried quietly, holding onto the only family member you felt was worthy of your trust.
