8 - You Use Their Weapon

Shiro

You were sparring with Shiro today, just killing some time in between missions. You were sweaty and hot, feeling your clothes stick to your body.

You dodged another attack of his before his hand could hit you. "Why don't you use your bayard?" You asked. He glanced down at his belt. "I don't really know. I guess I'm content with my hand?" He said, shrugging. "Can you teach me how to use it?" You asked. He smiled. "Alright", he said, handing you his bayard.

"Now, the cool thing about the Black Paladin's Bayard is that it can turn into anything. Try forcing small spikes on the side. Easy stuff first", he said, holding your hand as you focused on the bayard. It soon light up purple and turned into a small arrow with spikes. Shiro beamed at you accomplishment.

"Good! Try doing some sort of blast with that now", he said, thrusting his arm forward in the motion he wanted you to copy. You did the motion and a small burst of energy came out.

"Good! Now, before you pass out, how about you hit the showers and I'll help Hunk make some food okay?" He asked, holding out his hand. You placed the Bayard in it and kissing the bridge of his nose and smiling. "Alright", you said, walking out with Shiro's eyes on you as you exited.

Lance

You sighed angrily in your room. Lance sat next to you as you read a book. "I don't get it. The girl in this book is really good at long distance shots, and I'm shit at anything that isn't hand-to-hand combat!" You said. Lance laughed.

"Would you like to learn how to shoot long range?" He asked. You looked at him. "What do you know about sniping, Lance?" You asked, cocking an eyebrow and giving him an amused smirk.

"Ya know, I do more than just close range stuff", he said, standing up. He tugged on your arm. "Come on! I'll show you!" He said, dragging you down the hall to the training room.

You both were perched on a small platform near the ceiling of the training room, waiting for someone to come in. You held Lance's bayard, which made a long sniper. You aimed the gun at the door with the stunner mode on.

"Okay, now when one of the other Paladins walk in, you shoot them. This'll act like a taser", he said. You nodded.

The doors opened and before you could even register the person's name and appearance, you shot at them. They were shocked and fell on the ground, revealing a blackette and a red jacket. Lance stifled and laugh.

"You just shot Keith", he said, helping yo down as you went to inspect the unconscious red Paladin.

"Oh shit he's out of it", you whispered. Lance grabbed Keith's legs and you grabbed Keith's arms. "Let's just not tell him", he said, helping you as you both walked out with Keith's body in your arms.

Keith

"Don't mess up (y/n)", Pidge whispered as you finally connected the wires to her computer. Suddenly, an alarm went off. "You messed up", she said, yanking the wires off and packing up her computer. "I'll go guard the doors, you two get out", Keith said, tossing you his bayard.

"I don't know how to use this!" You yelled after him. He ran back and kissed the forehead of your helmet. "I'll guide you okay? Just get out safe", he said, running out.

You unsheathed the bayard when you had turned the corner of the ship and seen a couple soldiers. "How do I attack them?" You asked through the com to Keith.
