On the way to the pack house we meet up with our friends, Roxy and Orion.
"Who wants to watch a movie?" Kaiden asks. We all nod our heads and change directions to his house. The Pack House has a movie room, but Alpha Manor is quieter. As soon as we walk in the house, Roxy and I make our way to the kitchen to get snacks, while Orion and Kaiden go set up a movie. Roxy and I grab every kind of snack we can find, and by the time we're done, the kitchen barely has any food left. We trek up the stairs and into the theatre, amazingly we didn't drop anything. All of the cold things are maneuvered into the fridge, everything else is placed on the table. I immediately grab multiple packs of M&M's to put in my popcorn.
"What movie are we watching?" I ask Kaiden. Roxy nods her head in agreement to my question. He points at the screen and I see the title of the movie form.
"Twilight, seriously? You could have picked any movie, yet you chose this one. This movie is so stupid." Roxy punches Kaiden in the arm and he winces.
"Alright, alright, I'll change the movie. What movie would you two ladies like to watch?" Roxy and I share a look and immediately know what movie to watch.
"Sponge-bob!" We scream at Kaiden. Orion groans and Kaiden just laughs.

"Look at that manly mans mustache, even without it, Sponge-bob is still more of a man than Kaid will ever be." Everyone bursts out laughing. Kaiden tackles me off the couch, I flip us so he lands on his back, instead of me. I stand up and brush off invisible dirt before sitting down on the couch again.
"David Hasselhoff is the manliest man though. Try to disagree, and I will fight you." Roxy argues, before she shoves a handful of popcorn in her mouth.
"Do you need help up Kaid?" He groans as he gets up from the ground.
"Not from you Ry." He retorts.
We end up watching six more movies before we decide it is time to call it quits. We all head to our respective rooms for the evening. I decide to take a detour, only to find Father in the kitchen.
"I'm going on a run, I'll be back later." I announce. Without waiting for a response, I walk to the tree line of my backyard, shifting as soon as I pass the first tree.
"Can I have control? It's been so long since you've let me run on my own. Please Ryka." Scarlett persuades.
"Just don't do anything too stupid." I let her take the forefront of my mind. Giving her full control will always be weird to me. It's like I'm sitting in the back of my mind. I can see through eyes and I can hear things, but I'm not in control. Like I'm going through the motions in my mind or something. It's very hard for me to explain. Scarlett sprints through the forest, extremely happy to be free. I know I should let her out more often but it is hard when you have so many responsibilities. She finally catches the rabbit she has been chasing for the last ten minutes, I notice she is moving towards our favorite spot. Its a river that runs through the direct middle of our territory. Once, while on a run, I found a cave that is behind a waterfall. Scarlett and I named it our little hidden place. We've never told anyone about it, not even Kaiden. She moves into the cave and starts gnawing on the rabbit.
"I hope we find our mate soon. I can't wait to meet him. I wonder what he will look like?" I ask Scarlett
"I hope he's hot." I roll my eyes at her statement.
"Even if he's not we will still love him."
"Mate will be the hottest man alive, I promise."
"Quiet, I hear something." A stick breaks outside the cave. Scarlett huffs.
"Human, if I can't hear it then you can't either."
"Shut up, its coming closer." I take control and growl lowly. The intruder whimpers as it enters the cave, and I recognize it as a wolf from the Sharp Claw Pack. He bares his neck and I touch my nose to it. He shifts, causing me to shift also.
"I'm Riley." He hold out his hand.
"Ryka." I shake his hand and he steps back.
"Ryka Peterson? The best Warrior in the Black Paw Pack?" I nod my head. "I'm talking to the hottest girl in the whole world!" He mumbles under his breath, I choose to ignore it.
"How did you find this place? This isn't your land." He hangs his head in shame and steps back again.
"I was chasing a rabbit, then I fell down a hill and landed here." I finally realize how dirt seems to cover every inch of uncovered skin.
"Go home, Riley."
"I don't know how I got here."
"Shift, I'll lead you to the border. Link Alpha Sharp, tell him we will arrive at his South Border in approximately 15 minutes." We both shift and he follows me upstream, to the border. When we get there, Alpha Sharp is waiting, with a disappointed look on his face. We shift again, and Riley steps over the border.
"Riley, what have I told you about wandering off?" Riley hangs his head in shame.
"To pay attention and stop running across the border."
"Thank you for bringing him back, Ryka." I nod my head and shift, running back to Alpha Manor.
