Bath time and a weapon?!?

Taiga's POV! Later that day...
We had just came back from the town center carrying medical supplies and my new bag of clothes, I felt bad that Law had to spend money on me but then I remembered that I really can't do much with my Booboos and legs hurt so I really couldn't do much until I was healed and trained.
"Penguin-ya, Satchi-ya I need a small room cleaned up for Taiga near mine with a closet for her.", Law says, placing me on the table near Bepo-San again who places a large paw behind me so I didn't fall backwards.
"Gotcha captain!", they say before walking down the hallway and disappearing to do what Law had asked of them.
"L-law, d-do y-you k-know w-when I-I'll b-be h-ealed?", I ask with my usual stutter, I really don't know when I had gotten it but momma said I've had it since I could speak.
"I believe it will take at least a week for you to be able to walk but for the rest of the wounds at least two weeks possibly even more.", he explains, turning his attention from his steaming mug of brown stuff to me.
"O-oh...", was all I could say before looking down in sadness, I had wanted to be better fast so I could help somehow, shape, or form.
"That doesn't mean you won't be helpless just not as strong as everyone else, I told the crew that to have you here, they will train you once you're stronger and fully healed. I assure you they are strong and will help you get better at helping the crew.", Law says confidently, taking a long sip from his mug after then smirking at me.
"That's right Taiga-chan! I'll even teach you some moves, I know a lot about Kung fu ya know!", Bepo says excitedly, petting my head with a giant paw.
"R-really?! I-I'd l-like t-to u-use a w-weapon p-please!", I exclaim happily, throwing my arms in the air although I couldn't see anything with Bepo's paw covering most of my eyesight.
"Alright captain, the room is complete and we moved some of her clothes in where they could fit.", Satchi says, walking up to the table where me and Law were sitting at as Bepo removes his warm paw from my head.
"That's great, now Taiga-ya, what weapon would you like to use?", Law asks, leaning his head in a hand as he smirks at me.
"I-I'd l-like a-a g-gun o-of s-sorts...", I answer after some thinking, sure that I could handle something like that. Satchi and Penguin look at me in confusion as does Bepo but Law just chuckles at my answer and ruffles my hair.
"That sounds like a good choice, maybe we can get one at the next island, this one doesn't seem to have a weapons shop and the log pose should be set by now.", Law says with a smirk as Penguin, Satchi, and Bepo smile at me, leaving whoever had arrived in the dinning room confused as to why they were all smiling at me.
"Y-yay!!", I exclaim excitedly, happy I could help out somehow in the crew with something.
"Set a course for the Sabaody archipelago, full speed because Taiga-ya needs all the practice she can get!", Law orders some of the crew members in the room who almost immediately run off to do what they were asked to do.
"I can't believe the next place is the Sabaody archipelago...", Bepo says exasperatedly, sighing sadly and tiredly.
"W-where's th-that B-Bepo-San?", I ask confusedly, fixing my mused hair, quickly giving up as all I did was make it even more messy.
"It's the next island, however some other powerful people will be there so I'm a bit worried about you. You'll like it though, it has giant bubbles floating around the air and a large amusement park.", Bepo explains, musing my hair with his giant paw again.
"R-really?! S-sounds c-cool! C-can y-you st-op m-messing u-p m-my h-hair!?", I shout angrily, trying to fix it myself until a brush runs through my hair.
"You know your hair is really pretty.", an unknown female voice says, complimenting me just like momma used to.
"Th-thanks...m-momma used t-to a-lways s-say th-that a-s w-well...", I whisper, thinking this might be the lady Law was talking about.
"Sorry bout that, the names Ikkaku. I'm the only other girl here, penguin and Satchi tried using my clothes for you but obviously they were much to big for a little one like you.", the women now known as Ikkaku explains, slowly brushing my hair as the crew milled about nearby. She quickly finished my hair, pulling it back into some sort of pony tail maybe? I wasn't sure until she put a mirror in front of me.
"So? How do you like a braid?", she asks, smiling with bright white teeth.
"I-I l-love i-it!", I exclaim, fixing my bangs slightly so that they still covered a small portion of my left eye and noticed her in the mirror. She was pretty looking with brown puffy hair and a large orange beanie covering some of it, her large brown eyes reminded me of my mothers but softer looking with pale skin and plump lips. She reminded me of someone I had met long ago as a baby, momma had shown me around the town once she could walk and when I had all my shots, this lady walks up with a little boy in her arms.
"What a cute little girl you've got Marie! I wonder if my boy will meet her and fall in love with her, when they're older of course!", she said before laughing alongside my mom, they must have been close but I hardly remember seeing the lady again afterwards.
"Whatcha smiling about? Not the braid right? I thought your mom did this often?", Ikkaku asks, pulling the mirror away from me and placing it down nearby.
"J-just r-remembering s-something...h-heehee...", I giggle as Ikkaku picks up the mirror and walks back to somewhere as Law takes her place, sitting down behind of me as the rest of the crew sits around me.
"Ikkaku did your hair?", Law asks simply.
"U-uh h-huh!", I say, nodding happily.
"Heh, looks good. Anyways time for dinner Taiga-ya, Bepo take her to her room.", Law says.
"Alright, cmon Taiga-chan. I've got her food, just hold on to my back.", Bepo says, grabbing a plate in  his paw then turning his back to me.
"O-ok.", I whisper, crawling over to him and using my arms to grab hold and climb up to his shoulders. We walk down past the medical wards, what I think it was since after all I spot the room I was treated in, and find a rather small room next to a larger one marked with the word captain.
"This will be your room from now on, its right next to captains if you need anything and mines is right across from yours.", Bepo explains, opening the door with a large paw and placing me on the desk chair near a window which showed the deep blue of the ocean.
"I-it's s-so p-pretty, I-I l-like I-it!", I exclaim, spotting the black and white decorations near the bed and on the walls. It was big for me at least with a queen size bed, at least that's what Bepo-San said, a huge closet filled with clothes Law had bought me earlier today, a big window that gave me some light and my room a beautiful blue tinge, and finally a wonderful desk with paper, pencils, markers, and other creative stuff that I had no idea where they came from along side a large fan and a light with a small desk light on top the desk.
"That's great, sorry we couldn't fix it up more but we'll find an extra drawer set for you to put those underwear in and some more pillows for you but for now this is what we've got.", Bepo-San points out as I notice that I had three pillows, each one a different color that matched my room or the sheets which were a nice shade of yellow while I had a bag of underwear next to my desk.
"I-it's f-fine B-bepo-San, I-its b-better th-than b-before.", I soothe, grabbing a paper and a marker then start drawing something that came on my mind.
"Here you go, I'll let you take in your room and eat, I hope you like it here.", Bepo-San says, closing my door and leaving me in my new room. I continue drawing, making a picture of my mommy and me until I smell the food Bepo-san had placed on the desk next to me, it was a plate of onigiri and miso soup. Quickly finishing up the picture, I grab an onigiri and start on my meal...

Time skip of an hour! Law's pov!

Dinner had finished and it was time for me to head to my room, however Taiga-ya's door was slightly ajar and her dishes uncollected so I took it upon myself to grab hers.
"Hello? Taiga-ya?", I ask, knocking on her door before spotting her sleeping on the extra desk placed in her room with an empty plate and some paper nearby. Walking closer, I could make out a few of the pictures she had drawn with the ink pens and markers we had found in a storage room, one of them was of her dead mother while a few others were either scratched out or crushed into a ball. It seemed she had a sense of judgement with her drawings until I spot one under her empty plate flipped to show only white but some black had bled through, showing she had drawn on it at some point. I pick up the plate and flip the paper over, it showed Satchi-ya, Penguin-ya, Bepo-ya, Ikkaku-ya, and oddly myself around what I think is Taiga, a poorly made one from the face down but what I didn't miss was the well drawn and detailed face she put despite the messy hands and body. The words 'my new family!' were written in rainbow colors above us in bubbly letters to complete the picture. I have to admit, I didn't think that she could draw so well, for such a young age as well to draw something as nice as this after only a day knowing us it was well drawn and detailed to the point where she even had my unfinished hand tattoo and a well placed smirk on my figure. Taking that picture and the plate to the kitchen, I grab everyone's attention, as dinner had just finished and everyone was helping to clean up and finish chores.
"Something has been brought up, something rather odd I'd say.", I briefly explain before holding up the picture Taiga-ya had drawn.
"It seems we have an artist in our crew, a very good one might I add, who has drawn the spitting image of not only me, but Bepo-ya, Satchi-ya, Penguin-ya, and Ikkaku-ya as well. The picture will be on the board for all of the crew to see, including the ones mentioned.", I explain, pinning the picture near the center of the board for all to see.
"How cute, and she even caught my beanies design.", Ikkaku-ya says, pointing at her image on the picture.
"She even got the shine in my sunglasses!", Satchi-ya exclaims, pointing the aforementioned detail.
"Man! For a little kid she's good, I can't believe she can draw so detailedly.", Uni-ya, another crew mate, compliments.
"Heh, she's better than me. What?! She caught my eye color too!", Penguin-ya exclaims, catching us off guard as most of us had not seen his eye color either.
"Guys! You're being too loud! She's going to wake up!", Bepo-ya shouts just as loudly as the rest of the crew.
"W-what's *yawn* h-happening?", a tired voice stutters out. Taiga-ya had woken up and followed the commotion to the board where everyone was standing now staring at her in confusion.
"H-huh? G-guys?", Taiga-ya asks, just as confused.
"See! She woke up!", Bepo-ya shouts, scaring Taiga-ya who rushes up to me and crashes into my legs.
"I think we should all follow Taiga-ya's example and sleep, Ikkaku-ya she needs a shower.", I order, grasping her by her armpits and handing her to Ikkaku-ya who held her close.
"I-I w-walked! D-did y-ou s-ee?!", Taiga-ya exclaims, waving her arms happily before almost falling out of Ikkaku-ya's arms.
"Hmm perhaps you'll need less time than I thought...try to walk as much as you can but warn us okay?", I ask, leaning down to eye level with her. She nods and yawns loudly, handing her back to Ikkaku-ya before I headed to my own room...
