STAR V

Galing ako sa library dahil may sinuli akong book and may hiniram din akong iba. Dinaanan ko na kasi hindi pa naman oras ng klase ko.

"Star!" si Alexis tumatakbo papunta sakin at tinatawag ako, napatingin tuloy sakin ang ibang students at inirapan ako. Bahala na sila basta ako, I'm just being friendly.

"Hi Alexis, san punta mo?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"I was looking for you" sagot niya.

"Why?, do we have training now?" nakakunot noong tanong ko sa kanya.

"No, but I have a good and a bad news for you, which one do you want to hear first?" while asking ay ang lalim ng paghinga niya, saan ba siya galing?.

"Bad news first" sagot ko.

"Okay, the bad news is the battle test for ranks is next week thursday, which is 10 days from now" sabi niya.

Mukhang hindi naman bad news.

"How about the good news?" tanong ko ulit sa kanya.

"The good news is, we wont be going to our classes within the timeframe, the Dean told us to keep training and he'll give reward to those who will win" now that's bad news for me, I dont like training, I love studying more. But ofcourse I have to, to be stronger.

"So, that means we do have training today?" tanong ko kasi ngayon daw start eh.

"Well yeah basically but not this time, later in the afternoon" sagot niya. "We are still requested to go to our classes in the morning because the teachers will anounce it formally" dagdag pa niya.

"Okay, I should go to class then" sabi ko at nginitian siya. "Thank you for telling me Alexis" magpapaalam na sana ako.

"Wait star, there is something I want to ask" biglang pigil niya sa pag.alis ko.

"What is it?" takang tanong ko sa kanya.

"Ahm, Ah, kasi ano" gaano ba ka seryoso ang tanong niya at di magawang sabihin sakin ng deritso.

"Hey Alexis, tell me kung ano yun, baka abutin pa tayo hanggang tanghali sa pagdadalawang isip mo" pagbibiro ko sa kanya para hindi naman siya masyadong pressured. "Calm yourself, breath in, breath out" sabi ko para talaga kumalma na siya.

Ginawa naman niya sinabi ko at huminga ng malalim bago nagsalita ulit.

"Ahm, where were you together with the Prince the other day?" she finally asked and smiled na parang nanunukso.

Nagulat naman ako sa tanong niya, di ko to napaghandaan. Ibig sabihin nakita niya kaming magkasama galing sa fountain. Naku ano isasagot ko nito.

Naalala ko pa tuloy ang usapan namin ni Prince Craig nun.

FLASHBACK

"Pwede ba tayong mag-usap?" tanong ni Prince nung time na yun pinaunlakan ko. Kaya nag-usap kami.

We sat together on the bench that's only one there without looking at each other.

"What do you want to talk about?" I asked first kasi parang nagdadalawang isip pa ito.

"Uhm, I know its weird because we just met, but I like you" pag.amin niya na ikinalaki ng mata ko. "I am telling you this now because I might never have a chance again" ano ba pinagsasabi nito?.
