Set apart for God's purpose

Will you believe if i say that you are a treasure of God?

But know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself - Psalms 4:3

1 Peter 2:9 says,
For you are a chosen people.
You are royal priests,
a holy nation,
God’s very own possession. 

Deuteronomy 14:2 says,
You have been set apart as holy to the LORD your God, and he has chosen you from all the nations of the earth to be his own special treasure.

-> So you have to be aware of with whom you are.

1) Dont club with sinners:

Then I heard another voice from heaven say: Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues.
Revelation 18:4

2) Stay away from unbelievers:

Therefore, come out from among unbelievers, andseparate yourselves from them, says the LORD. Don’t touch their filthy things, and I will welcome you.
2 Corinthians 6:17

Anointment for the Godly:

But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because  the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world’s viewpoint, and the world listens to them.
1 John 4:4-5

☆ Have fear of the Lord

Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.
2 Corinthians 7:1

☆ Renewal of mind

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
-> Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:2 

How to renew the mind?

And have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator.
Colossians 3:10

What is the image of God?

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Against such things there is no law.
Galatians 5:22-23

☆ Watch what are you thinking?

Since you were raised from the dead with Christ, aim at what is in heaven, where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God. 

Think only about the things in heaven, not the things on earth.

Your old sinful self has died, and your new life is kept with Christ in God - Colossians 3:1-3 

☆What do you love?

1 John 2:15-16 says, Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him, because all that is in the world (the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the arrogance produced by material possessions) is not from the Father, but is from the world.

Because,

No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money - Matthew 6:24 

Become new in Christ:

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17

Let Christ live in you

Galatians 2:20 says, My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

So now you are God's masterpiece:

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Ephesians 2:10
