Part5 - Unexpected delay

It was saturday already the next morning. I woke up early in the morning, ate my breakfast, took a bath and went out of my house to come and meet Minami. But, as I went out of my house, Carlo and my old group of friends called me, and talked to me about something. "Hey, Gabriel! It was you, right? The one who reported my boss about the stolen motorbikes and some other stuff. Do you even know that I was also almost arrested by the police?", Carlo said. "I clearly told you that I'll separate myself from you people from now on. It's the mistakes of your boss, Carlo. I only did what was right. So please stop bothering me arround from now on and go.", I said. "Really? Alright. Fine! Oh and by the way, I saw ya one time, hanging around with the small kiddo. So, is it true that you fall in love with elementary kids nowadays?", Carlo said. I became angry that time and confronted him, "Don't you dare say something about her, crazy punk! If I hear you saying something bad about her, I won't think about this twice, I'm gonna beat you up. Just go!". Carlo didn't stop talking about Minami, and I became very angry. Due to my strong anger, I punched him hardly on his face. His nose was bleeding, and we started hurting each other. I was only one, and I fought against 10 of his friends. I felt unconscious that time, and after that, I woke up in the hospital and I saw mom, reading the Bible while praying. "What's going on with you these days? One, fighting against more men? Are you out of your mind? Oh, what am I going to do about you..", Mom said. I felt guilty, because I should've just ignored those guys and just walk away, so that nothing bad like this would happen. I just slept the whole afternoon to have some rest, and I woke up in the evening. That night, Minami came into my mind, and I just remembered that I was supposed to meet her. I was freaking out that time and I thought about leaving the hospital right away. But my wounds still hurt and my body's not strong enough yet.
