Part8 - Fated meeting

Like a movie, like a dream, Minami and I met again. Like I've met Minami 10years ago, just like that, we met again. We went to a japanese restaurant to have lunch. There, I spent some time with Minami again. I always wonder how Minami have changed. I never thought that I'd feel embarrassed looking at her face. But, when I tried to look at her face the whole time, my heart raced like crazy. The little girl became a woman and reappeared in my life again. "So, you became an actor?", Minami asked. "Oh, yes you're right. That was your dream, right?", I said. "Before, yes. But I don't watch dramas or movies that much anymore. Tell me the dramas or movies that you are in, I'll go search and watch it.", she said. It was so awkward for us that day. Maybe just for me.. I'm so shy and I can't explain how I felt that day. But I've enjoyed the precious time that I've had with Minami. Before we left and went home, Minami said, "I had a great time with you today, Yohan. Let's meet again tomorrow." "Me too.. Just text me where I'll meet you, and I'll come right away.", I said. I went home with a smile in my face and so much joy in my heart. I still couldn't believe that I met Minami again. I don't act that much on some TV shows that time, and just focused on my other job. Minami is an english teacher at a college university. The next day, Minami and I met again. We've spent some time together. "So, where have you been that day?", she asked. "I fought against 13 men, and I was taken to the hospital. It took me days to stay in there.. I wanted to get out of there already but I wasn't that strong yet.. What about you, where did you go?", I said. "My grandmother died that day. The next day, the priest took me and we left already. I stayed in their church for 2months, after that, 2 people adopted me and I stayed with them for good. They took care of me very well.", Minami replied. "Does your parents know me..?", I asked. "Well, yes. I told them about you before.", she replied. That time, I felt nice, knowing that the persons who took care of Minami for 10years know about me. It was also a relief, knowing that she's been well for the past 10years.
