Adventure Bay's Destruction

Chapter 19

The air patroller was now in Adventure Bay and sharks were now starting to die and there was only a few left. "It looks like the sharks are dying! But there's still more out there!" said Chase. Skye and Sweetie gave a dreamy sigh at Chase then looked at each other in disgust. "Robodog, open the hatch!" said Chase. Robodog barked and opened the hatch and Chase put on his flying gear and leaped out of the air patroller. Skye then followed and Sweetie stayed on the air patroller with Robodog. Sweetie deactivated Robodog and threw him off the air patroller and he fell on a shark, killing it.

"Now it's time to see what this baby can do!" said Sweetie as she swooped down and started killing some sharks. Chase and Skye landed on the roof of Mr Porter's restaurant and saw two knives lying there. They picked up the knives and nodded, then flew to where some sharks were. Chase stabbed a few and Skye stabbed a few. They got rid of all the sharks until they heard a roaring sound. They headed back to Mr Porter's restaurant and tried to find out what it was, they then saw a huge dorsal fin heading into the area. "Skye, get back on the air patroller!" said Chase.

"What is it Chase?!!" said Skye. "It's a shark that everyone thought was extinct, it's the king of the sharks, the Megalodon!" said Chase. Skye then freaked out and was shaking and Chase held on to her and they headed back to the air patroller. Sweetie was happy to see Chase and she ran up and hugged him right in front of Skye. "I'm glad my Chasey is ok!" said Sweetie. "Sweetie, now is not the time for this! We have a huge problem now!" said Chase. "What problem?! The only problem I see is Skye!" said Sweetie. Sweetie then tackled Skye and was scratching and biting her. Chase grabbed Sweetie and pulled her back, but she scratched his eye and grabbed a knife. "If I can't have you! NOBODY WILL!!" said Sweetie as she tried to stab Chase, but he grabbed her arm and pushed her back and she tripped over Skye.

"Come on Skye!" said Chase as he reached his paw out to her. Skye reached for it but Sweetie threw the knife at Chase's arm and his entire arm came off and he screamed in agony and Skye had tears running down her face. Sweetie stabbed Skye in the back and Chase witnessed this and got angry but Sweetie stabbed him through his chest and he fell overboard into the water with the Megalodon. "No! No! No! Not Chase!" said Skye. She jumped off the air patroller and activated her wings and saw Chase lying on a boulder that was sinking. Skye then tried to lift him, but couldn't. "Skye, you have to go! I don't want you to die too!" said Chase weakly. "I'm not leaving you Chase! Without you I'm nothing! I love you!!" said Skye. Chase then kissed her one more time and then he stopped breathing and his eyes shut. "No no no no no no! CHASE! PLEASE! Don't do this Chase! Please!!" said Skye, but it was too late, Chase was gone and the Megalodon started swimming closer and the boulder completely sunk and Skye activated her wings and was flying again.

She witnessed the Megalodon eat her boyfriend and she had sadness through her entire body. "I'll never forget you Chase!" said Skye. She then looked up at the air patroller leaving and she now had something in her body that she doesn't usually have, anger. "SWEETIE!!!!" said Skye as she activated the supersonic jets and stormed off to the air patroller.
