I took out my black and white kimono and put over my pants and top , I went down stairs just to find out that all the drivers are out for some reason , so i sat down patiently waiting for one of the drivers to come , arrrgh ........... OMG !!! What am I seeing ?wait is this all a dream ? Wake me up !!! Abba and Tahir's dad came in together , both of them looking straight at me like to say " just who we wanted to see " I was shocked , I mean what are they doing together ?! "Er gidan Abba (daddies girl )"abba said looking at me I couldn't say anything but look at them, full of shyness I looked down. "Ina wuni baba , Ina wuni Abba (greetings)" I greeted both of them. "Laila , I know u know what this means right , u've been seeing Tahir for a while now ,have u not?" Abba asked making me want to bury myself cuz of shyness , Abba why , did u have to say all this in front of my inlaw to be . "So I just thought asking u this in front of ur other father will be interesting (he laughed a little) Laila look at me "Abba commanded . I looked up a little embarrassed , I was sitting on the carpet while they had the couch. "Do u love Tahir ? Will u marry him " Abba's question got in my ears sharply. Tahir's text made my day already I didn't know the words to reply with so I just left the phone on the bed to look for something nice to wear. Ya khair , yusra and the twins came in screaming "ayirryirryirryirrrr 🎼 amarya Laila " they chanted together "So u are getting married before me , how unfair , now all them aunties will start pushing me "ya khair joked laughing hard Then they helped me get dressed for the dinner.

I'm casually dressed , I felt good about my dressing , ya khair did most of the facial make up while yusra picked out the outfit , I just discovered that nude looks good on me .
"Laila...." Mom stopped talking as soon as she saw me , her eyes grew wider "Oh my daughter "her eyes now red , she looks proud and happy "You look adorable Laila "she added "Thanks umma "I said blushing "He's waiting down stairs ,so come on down stairs , will you ?!"umma delivered the message she came for . I nodded following after her , Tahir was just by the door down the stairs , and his mouth opened when he saw me coming down the stairs , how he gazed at me was magical . Mom went straight to her parlor leaving us alone , even tho I can here the twins pepping from up stairs . "You look " he stopped "you look breathtaking my love "he continued looking at me at the same time opening the door out . "Thanks "I blushed He opened the car for me and I entered , then he got in as well and zoom we went out of the compound , the car was silent for no reason , but I guess it's cuz of the engagement thingy.
Before I knew it we where at a restaurant , the place is beautiful , and I'm sure getting reservations here will cost a lot of cash . The ushers by the door , opened the door wide for us to go through , then one of them followed us in showing us the right table as Tahir passed him the reservation card , reaching the table Tahir pulled out my chair and I sat then he went round to his chair .
I still haven't spoken and he's giving me the look , as I scrolled down the menu on the table. "Baby"he called "Yes?"I answered He brought out something from his pocket which i wasnt really sure of so i shut my eyes because i know he is full of surprises..after a short moment Tahir asked me to open em and I couldn't believe what he was kneeling in front of me holding. A diamond ring 💍. "Will u Marry me?" I could feel him scared as he asked . "Yes ...yes Tahir I will marry , even if it's the last thing I do "I comfort him with reply he needed to hear. Tahir was smiling , his handsome face came lit , shinning everywhere .we had the most lovely dinner . My husband to be dropped me home , telling me he loves me and can't wait for our wedding ,I blushed and went inside , waving him goodbye before I do . I wasn't surprised to see all my sisters in my room waiting for a detailed story , so immediately I saw them I raised my hand , showing them my engagement ring . "OMG " "U are getting married to a big spender I see " "He loves u wlh " "Babe u are so lucky " My sisters kept blabbing , I was too tired , it's been a long day so I just ignored their noise and laid myself down in their middle , I drifted to sleep to dream of my Prince Charming ..
*** I know right , Laila and Tahir seem perfect and they can't wish for a better relationship , but then what's Ameer all about and when will the two characters meet ?
