FOUR POV
I walk into science to see there's only one seat left. it's in the back of the room next to a short, skinny, blond hair blue eyed girl. she's really pretty! I find myself staring at her. I walk up to her and reach my hand out and say "I'm four you must be new here. can I see your schedule?" she hands me her schedule then looks at Christina. I look at it and see we have every class together.
I don't really pay attention till the bell rings for our next class. I get up and head out the door behind Christina and the new girl who's name I never got.
TRIS POV
I walk into art with four and Christina. they both sit on either side of me. Christina leans over and asks "do you want to eat at lunch with me?" I just nod my head not really wanting to talk. Out of the corner of my Eye I catch four staring at me. I smile just a little and look down so he doesn't notice. Ms. Wu comes in introduces herself. "my name is tori wu. but call me tori not ms. wu or ms. tori it makes me feel old" she says. she gives us a free day so I pull out my phone and see Christina has started a group conversation.
the bell rings for gym. I get to show off me gymnastic skills. coach Amar isn't here. weird cause it's the first day! but the cheer coach is here. she says whoever wants to try out for cheerleader needs to start stretching while the others watch. I was first up. I do a running round off triple back handspring back layout and a standing back tuck. every cheers for me and the coach yell loud enough for everyone to hear
"I think we just found out who the captain is going to be!" I start to blush and she comes over the me and says I don't need to tryout that I've already made the team! I thank her and go change! I walk out of the locker room with Christina and head to lunch. we get in there and Christina says "this is Zeke, shauna, Uriah, Marlene, al, and will and you already know four." pointing to each one! " guys this is tris" she says "hi" is all I say.
I get a bunch of 'hellos' and 'heys'. the Zeke says "did y'all see that midnight blue Ferrari? I'm gonna wait by it after school to see whose it is! and then we will become bestfriends!"
the rest of the day goes by in a blur. it's finally the end of the day and Christina is taking me shopping. I stop by my locker and get my keys, phone and my bag. I walk out to my car and find Zeke waiting.
