*6 month later*
TRIS POV
I wake up and walk into the kitchen. the twins are due any day now and I'm so nervous. Tobias is still asleep so I try not to wake him I get passed the dresser when I feel a puddle of water under me. "TOBIASSS" I scream. he jumps out of bed and runs over to me. "the twins are coming" I say. he picks me up bridal style and takes me to the hospital. halfway there we get pulled over. "shit" I hear Tobias mumble under his breath. "I got this Tobias" I say. he rolls down the window and says "look I'm trying to get my wife to the hospital she's in labor" "GET ME TO THE GOD DAMN HOSPITAL" I scream. I look at the officer and he says "hurry up go ahead" I thank him and take off. "told you that would work but seriously hurry!" I say
we get to the hospital and Tobias call for a doctor. they rush me to the delivery room and the minutes I get in there the doctor tells me to push. I do that for a good 30 minutes and the first child comes. it's the boy. 2 minutes later the girl comes. "so what are their names goin to be?" I ask. "hmm how about Taylin for the girl and-" but I interrupt him. "Toby" I say "what?" "i said Toby that's could be the boys name" he looks at me and smile. the doctor brings in the birth certificates. we put the names down and sign it. they bring in Toby and Taylin. I get Toby and Tobias gets Taylin. "I'm so glad we have a family" I say "me too" he replies.
the next they said I could go home. i was glad I got out after staying in there for a week. I was getting dressed when I hear Taylin cry. Tobias gets her and she instantly stops. we get home and I put Toby and Taylin in their cribs. I go up stairs and get changed. I hear Taylin cry again. I go a pick her up but she doesn't stop crying. Tobias comes and takes her and she stops crying. I walk to Toby's room and pick him up. I sit in the rocking chair and rock him. his eyes come open and he smiles. I smile back "I'm glad someone likes me" I say as I poke his nose. "tris Taylin likes you. I lik- wait no I love you. Toby's not the only one." Tobias says while leaning on the door frame frowning. I put Toby to sleep and set him back in the crib.
I walk over to Tobias and cry in his chest. "shhh.. it's okay baby... I love you and don't think I dont!" he coos. I look up and say "I love you too" I stand on my tip toes and kiss him. he deepens the kiss and picks me up. I wrap my legs around his waist. he takes me to the bedroom and lays me down. he continues to kiss me. Let's just say things get heated. we laid there in a tangle of limbs till we fell asleep.
I wake up to the babies crying I immediate go to Toby's room to calm him. I go to taylin's room to calm her but she doesn't. I set her back in her crib and let her cry. I walk back to the room and get Tobias up. "can you go calm down Taylin? I can't seem to calm her." I say with a frown. "yeah I'll go get her." he says. minutes later she stops crying. Tobias is a good father. I love him so much and I still don't know why out of all people he'd pick me.
He comes back to the bed and lays down. I lay my head on his chest and fall asleep.
