Her eyes twinkled against the different beams of light surronding us, her eyes standing out than the displays compared.
I knew that this wasn't the romantic and appropriate way to officially be hers but I realized something.
She can't wait forever, things are bound to change and go.
Her eyelids dropped, a timid smile stretched across her glistening face. "When?".
I couldn't answer. I didn't know when and how, somehow it felt like it was with me all along. I just couldn't bother to acknowledge it.
Her lips motioned to say something when the door came bursting open. Holly panted, her lips open and her chest heaving upwards and downwards. Her eyes roamed around Star's direction with relief. "Listen. The band supposed to play tonight cancelled, we need you to sing again".
"B-but---"
"No buts!", Holly defiantly replied.
"I'll sing", I abruptly volunteered, their heads turned to my direction with hint of suprise.
"Star, you better watch", I flashed a faint smile before taking my hands with her as we watched our way towards the stage.

"EVERYONE ARE YOU READY?!", The Mce's boisterous voice boomed against the speakers.
"WE ARE IN FOR A SPECIAL TREAT TONIGHT!", The girl screamed.
"MARCO DIAZ IS GOING TO SING A SONG FOR US!", they chimed as the audience let out a fiery roar.
Star gave me a nudge with a wink. "They love you".
I clicked my tongue. "Don't care, I'm singing this for you by the way".

"Singing, is for wimpy losers", I began. "--but I became that wimpy cheesy loser, this is for that pest that didn't gave up on me".

Loud shrieks and screams errupted the open space. I smirked and continued singing, in my peripheral vision, I could see Star smiling happily.

"Did you like your boyfriend's singing?", I smirked.
She masked her smile and pretended to be in deep thought, a finger placed on her lips. "Hmmm".
"Well?", I raised a brow.
"Is a 'I love it very much' enough?", she teased, her smile widening.
"That's enough".
"Marco", she hesitated. "--thank you".
"For what?".
"For opening your heart to me, I hope that you'd also open your heart to other people as well".
She grabbed my hand slowly, clenched it firmly with her small fragile hands. "Just because you've been betrayed doesn't mean that everyone is bound to be like that, I hope that you vanish this façade of yours".
"Your true self", she mumbled. "--but I'll still love you for who you are".
This was one of the reasons I love her. The way she can convince people in her own words, the way her eyes shine with sincerity. And her sweet words that melt me.
"I think it was a bad choice loving you", I bluntly spoke.
"Because you", I grabbed her hands and placed it on my chest. "--are making my heart beat so fast right now, you're turning me into something I shouldn't be".
"I'm glad".
"So are you two a thing now?", Holly butted in, her fingers pointing at the two of us. "--I mean it was bound to happen but wow".
"You can't tell anyone about this", I warned.
Holly raised her hands in surrender. "Yes sir!".
Star looked back at me, hurt evident in her eyes. "Are you ashamed of me that's why you can't let her tell anyone?".
I chuckled, cupping her cheeks. "No, I prefer it if we say it rather than someone spreading it".
"Oh".
"I didn't know you were such a romantic person", she blushed. "--we've been in a relationship for only ten minutes and you're so sweet and kind to me".
"I thought you were still going to be this cold, sadistic person".
"I'm making an exemption", I replied softly, kissing her forehead lovingly. "--because I love you".
"You say it so easy!!".
