"I can't believe I'm going with you after what you said today," I practically laughed, shaking my head. He turned to look at me and pouted.

"I'm really sorry Izzie. You're not like that I was just kind of pissed today." He gripped the steering wheel, his jaw clenched, and his knuckles were turning white; he was more than pissed if he was still like this. This was weird for Ashton to do.

He relaxed and sighed, doing his typical finger tapping while he drove. It was so adorable how every song that played on the radio, he created a beat that was in sync with the songs.

I regretted not eating all of my fries at the burger place and not snacking when I got home since now I had an appetite for food. I placed my hands in my lap, ignoring my senses for food at the moment except my stomach was grumbling.

"Are you hungry?" Ashton noticed. He made a U-turn at the closest stoplight and I was confused, furrowing my eyebrows while I looked at him. "Let's get some Macca's."

"Macca's?" I didn't know what that was.

"Y'know uhm, McDonalds?" He pronounced, laughing at my lack of slang.

I said defensively, "Hey I'm not from here okay. We just say McDonald's. I've never heard of that term." I crossed my arms and giggled.

"But yeah, I'm pretty hungry. I didn't eat much." I added, sighing as I looked out the window.

We got to a McDonald's in a five minute radius and decided to go through drive-thru because laziness was a first-world issue.

"Can I get a Big Mac with large fries, twenty piece chicken nuggets, and a coca-cola," Ashton told the screen.

"Is that all?"

I gasped as that was only his order by himself, he didn't need help finishing food because he was a monster. His lips tugged into a little smile, seeing I couldn't even eat that much.

"What do you want?" He asked me, leaning towards the screen.

"McChicken and medium fries. Oh and a Coke." I added, leaning against Ashton as I ordered. As I was talking, I noticed Ashton watching me squint at the menu outside.

"Okay that'd be 12.83." Ashton pulled up to the next window, and of course, paid for everything, which I rolled my eyes for.

"You really like french fries huh?" He smirked.

When we got the food, he successfully ate as he drove to the "secret spot" he wanted to show me. Even after eating he didn't tell me anything about where we were going other than it was of the inner-Sydney region, but I think he was saying that to convince me because this place took more than an hour to drive to.

"Ashton where are we going?" I repeated, looking out the window. The Sydney city lights were brightly illuminating the night, the young adults dressed like they were going out. I wasn't dressed up and I wasn't ready to go out anywhere special, especially in my damn sweats and this hoodie. Suddenly, he took a sharp turn off the street, leading us towards a hill. What the fuck was going on?

The ride became more shaky and bumpy the more Ashton drove up the hill. I was honestly so confused as to what he was planning since all he told me was "We're going to Sydney." It was like we were going to camp up here. If he fucks up this chance...

Finally, after what seemed like fifteen minutes, he parked the car in a vacant lot randomly built in the middle of terrain, which was scaring me because what if he took me here to hurt me? He sensed how uncomfortable I was and laughed.

"You know I'm not gonna kill you, I'm not a murderer." He swept the hair out of his face and got out of the car. I sighed as I followed him to wherever the hell we were going; it was better to go with him than stay in the car alone to be killed by a fucking kangaroo or a crazy person or ...I don't know.
