Incoming call from Liza
Rebekah snatched her phone up, answering it almost immediately. Her brothers and Freya, as well as Hayley, all looked at her in confusion, not used to seeing the woman in such a frantic state.
"Elizabeth? Is that you?" Rebekah asked quickly, trying to keep from yelling in worry. Everyone else in the room were suddenly at full attention, well-aware that the witch had been missing for nearly a month.
"Rebekah?" Liza croaked out, her voice raspy and cracking as she spoke. It sounded like she'd been crying for some time now. "Can you come get me?" She whimpered out, letting out another sob. Klaus stood immediately, already planning on going with his sister. Rebekah nodded to him, inhaling slowly to try and calm herself.
"Of course, love. Where are you?" Liza was quiet for a moment, as if she was confused as to where she actually was.
"I'm home," She said slowly, almost as if in a daze. "In New York." There was another pause, and another sob. "Rebekah, I want to go home." Rebekah was confused - Liza just told her that she was home.
"You are home, love, what are you talking about?" Rebekah asked gently, looking warily to Klaus, placed a comforting hand on her shoulder.
"No, I want to be with you Rebekah! I want to be home!"

Rebekah and Klaus stood outside of the apartment door in New York City, both anxious and nearly distraught. Klaus knocked harshly, and then they both waited. A clear 'come in' was heard from the other side of the door, and the siblings wasted no time entering the young witches home. The other side, however, was not what they were expecting. The entire place, it seems, was ransacked. Furniture was overturned, dishes shattered - someone had tore through there like a tornado.
"Elizabeth?" Rebekah called out, tearing her eyes away from the mess. She didn't know what happened, and she didn't particularly care, as long as Liza was okay.
"In here!" Rebekah sped into the bedroom, her eyes landing on Liza. The woman looked pale, dark circles under her eyes from lack of sleep, her hair a tangled mess that was pulled back into a bun. That was not the most concerning part, however. Cuts littered her body, though most were scabbed over and healing. The worst was that Rebekah could see a splotch of blood staining Liza's shirt. Rebekah dove into the bed, wrapping Liza up in her arms, cradling her against her chest, as if to protect her.
"What happened?" Rebekah asked softly, and Liza chuckled dryly.
"It's a long story." She said, her voice still holding that slight cheeriness to it. She sounded much better now than she had on the phone. Klaus entered the room, his eyes softening when he saw Liza.
"I checked to make sure the place was secure. I didn't see anything too worrisome, aside from the completely destroyed apartment." Rebekah nodded gratefully to her brother, before sighing.
"Alright Liza, let's get you packed and ready to go." Liza furrowed her brows at Rebekah in confusion.
"Go where?" She asked softly, locking eyes with Rebekah, who smiled gently.
"Home, to New Orleans."
