The Prophecy Luna's POV

Chapter 45: family?

I was sitting on the floor staring at the wall no tears able to escape my eyes, I hadn't eaten in days I felt broken like apart of me was gone and I couldn't live with it. I was told Toby was shot an inch away from his heart and on his shoulder, he lost a lot of blood resulting in him falling into a coma, it's been 4 days since he went into a coma and I feel broken, we don't know how long it's going to take for him to wake up..... if he wakes up....
Skyla has been staying with Miakoda so she can look after her. I haven't changed I'm still just starring at my wall sitting in my room trying to find sense in what's happened.
Yes I have had a few days where anger consumes me and I just want to give them the pain they gave us, but I would never and I mean NEVER want anyone to feel the pain I'm feeling, not even my worst enemy.
1 week after Toby went into a coma:
My dad is forcing me to have friends over so I can talk to someone but he called Bella and Lisa and Bella is really sick, I tried to talk to them but no words could come out, I'm completely over this. When they went home I just sat on my bed and looked around my room once again feeling empty, I slowly stand up and make my way to Toby's bedroom, I go and sit on his bed looking around his room taking in every detail "please wake up Toby" I whisper to myself as I look at the picture of me and him hanging on the wall, I close my eyes soon to wake up still in his bed with his blanket wrapped around me where I can smell his scent, I take a deep breath standing up steadying myself then running downstairs and out into the woods, I turn wolf form "fuck Toby you've made such an affect on me" I yell as I run past trees not hitting a single one, I hear something behind me causing me to stop "running from your problems won't work" I hear from a familiar voice I walk closer to the voice to see a pair of purple eyes staring back at me, Destiny. "What?" I ask as she walks closer to me, she sighs "I should have told you awhile ago.." she whispers looking down "what?" I ask she looks at me "I tried running away from my problems but it only made things worse" she says grabbing my hand "it felt better running towards them" she whispers as she squeezes my hand "Luna I'm your..... I'm your... Aunty..." she whispers as I put the pieces together "I'm your mothers older sister.." she whispers "that's why you had a picture of you hugging her." I say looking up at her "yes but darling Midinght... she's your..... cousin... her mother was your mothers twin... they never looked the same though" Destiny says looking down at her feet "I should have told you...." she whispers then she looks at me "but don't be thinking that they will just stop at hurting Toby, darling you and Skyla have a huge target on your backs" she whispers before turning around "Luna they are close, you need to get out of here, go home!" She yells before disappearing, I look around taking a deep breath, I try to run but I can't now I have way more unanswered questions, I hear something in the bushes and try to move but I still can't a vampire comes out of the bushes, he towers over me then has a shocked expression "shit!" He yells before he goes running back into the woods "what just happened" I ask myself before running back home, I go and visit Toby "baby please wake up, I can't go on without you" then I think about the last this he said to me "I love you" were his last words to me "I love you too..." I whisper as I leave the room.
2 weeks after Toby went into a coma:
"Bella can you vomit on someone else's toilet!" I yell as she runs into my bathroom vomiting "how long are you gonna be sick for?" Lisa asks as she flips her hair "Bella are you pregnant?" I ask as she looks at me annoyed "how many times do I have to say NO IM NOT FUCKING PREGNANT!" She yells as she washes her face then comes and sits down with us "are you sure?" I ask trying to get on her nerves she gives me an evil stare then slaps me "YES IM FKN SURE!" She yells I touch my face "ow that hurt" I say in a baby voice "well it will hurt more next time you ask if I'm pregnant" she snarls Lisa laughs "okay you two can shut up please" Lisa yells we both stop and stare at her "thank you" she says under her breath "so I've been thinking" Bella says we both look at her "why was Toby shot?" I look at her light headed "seriously Bell you had to bring Toby up?!" Lisa yells at her about to slap her when I stand up and quickly run to the toilet, vomiting. "Jesus Christ Bella you had to get Luna sick didn't you!" She yells at Bella "sorry, sorry, I'm so sorry!" She yells I hear Bella an Lisa yelling at each other "guys don't worry I'm fine" I say sitting back down with them, "I'm sorry Luna" Bella whispers as I give her a smile "don't worry it's just a sickness" I defending her "as long as your alright" Lisa says as she hugs me "yeah I am" I say smiling
I've been starting to put my mind off Toby trying to live my life and not ruin it I have to be strong, sitting on the floor crying all day isn't going to change anything nor is going shopping with friends but I need to keep my mind of it so I'm trying to have as much fun as I can.
