The Prophecy Luna's POV

Chapter 4:

I study for at least an hour being carful not to wake midnight up.
Then I head out to have dinner I decided not to wake midnight up because she probably needs sleep, I head over and everyone is already there.
We talk about the party and I can tell brad has something on his mind I then see Midnight walking over I scan around my table to see Kate glaring at her, Bella just talking to Lisa, Ryan on his phone, Jake smirking at me and Brad staring at Midnight nervously.
Does Brad like Midnight? God I can't think straight with Jake just staring at me! "What do you want?!" I yell at Jake "you." He says in a flirty voice, I notice Kate now glaring at me, and I just roll my eyes at her.
Midnight sits down, there's only one seat left which is beside Brad I see him take a breath then ask to talk to her in private.
I laugh a bit but Midnight and Brad have already walked off.
"Is SHE coming to the party?!" Kate screams to Jake "I HATE HER!" Yells Kate, Lisa rolls her eyes, "well if you want to get in with her brother you might need to be nicer to her." Lisa says. Everyone laughs "I DONT LIKE HIM WE ARE JUST FRIENDS!" Kate yells, "ouch" Jake says laughing.
Bella gets up and grabs Ryan's hand he smirks at her and gets up, they kiss then walk out. "Where are they going?" Lisa asks looking at Jake "I don't know" he replies.
Lisa gets a message then she looks at around at us all "I have to go" she says getting up, I try to read her for a second then she looks away and walks off.
"Why does she looks so sad lately?" Kate says looking concerned, Kate may be a complete bitch that doesn't really care for others but when it comes to her friends she has the biggest heart.
"I don't know" Jake says looking on his phone.
Now it's only me, Kate and Jake at the table and it's gone silent and it's awkward so I go on my phone so does Jake but Kate just sits there staring at The door.
I get a notification it's from Jake on snap chat I check it and it's a message saying "I wanna talk to you swing by my room at 9" I look at him and his smirking at me, I smile at him then I look into his eyes he does the same and we are just there staring in each other's eyes when I hear Kate "ahem" she mumbles I look away so does he "I better go now" I say grabbing my stuff looking at Kate with an apologetic look, she smiles at me and nods like she was happy I was taking her feelings into account. I walk off as I'm walking off I look back and Kate is flirting with Jake and then she puts her hands around his neck, I look away and get angry. Do I have feelings for him? Why do I feel so upset about this? I ask myself while walking back.
