HAZELS POV
"So. What do you wanna watch?" Phil asked as he turned on the tv
"I dunno. Hunger games?" I suggested
"Ohhh. First or second one?" He asked
"Put the first on. I have t seen it in a while."
"K" he said.
About halfway through the movie I had my legs lying over him with a pillow against my back for support.
"I forgot how intense this move was." I said with popcorn in my mouth
"Yah. Those tracker jackers f-ed me up"
"You can say fucked" I laughed which made Phil laugh
About a minute after, Phil starts talking again
"Hazel..." he starts
"Yes?" I responded
"You know I used to like you right. "
"Obviously." I giggled "I liked you too..."
"Well I still do." Phil confessed
"Good. Cuz I've never liked you more." God I'm such an awkward person. My brain just shuts down when something important is happening
" I was wondering if you would like to go out to dinner with me over the weekend?" His voice sounded unsure.
" I would love that." I said as a tree on fire falls and almost kills Katniss.
Except for when I saw the movie in theaters I always fell asleep somewhere towards the end, so I wasn't surprised when Phil woke me up while the credits were rolling.
"Hazel" he whispered poking me
"Hunh?" I said waking up.
"You fell asleep while watching the movie"
"Oh. Even with all those screams?" I laughed
"You sleep like a dead person" Phil joked
"What time is it?" I asked
"It is 5:59" Phil said checking his phone.
" I should jet going then" I said getting up
"Ok. Don't get killed on your way back" Phil teased
"I'll try" I laughed
I grabbed my jacket and headed out the door
"I had fun. We gotta organize something before I start work" I yelled from his door way
"We'll figure something out he said as he walked toto door today bye to me. "I'll text u later or tomorrow or something"
"Got it" I responded and walked out "Bye!" I chimed
"Byeeee" he said
