Chapter 4

Clarke's POV

Raven and I were in the river just taking a nice swim. We have been out here for almost an hour now.

"I wished we had more peace like this. I wonder what the world was like before the nuclear apocalypse." Raven said in wonder.

"I have now idea how it looked back then but what I do know is that it was so beautiful and it had houses and kids and schools everywhere. But we are lucky to be here." I said to her. Raven looked over at me and swam closer to me. My heart was beating fast and I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer to me.

We have been together since a month after Finn died. She told me that I make her feel special, loved, and that Finn made her feel loved but not like how I make her feel.

"I love you babe! You're the best thing that has ever happened to me. I am so glad that you came into my life." Raven said. I looked into her eyes lovingly and I leaned in.

Right as I went to kiss her, Octavia came and jumped in the river with us. We all began to laugh. I kissed raven and Octavia smiled at us. Lincoln snuck up behind Octavia and grabbed her around the waist.

"AAAAHHHH!!! Lincoln! Babe! What the fuck?" Octavia exclaimed. She tried being mad but she began to laugh.

Raven, Octavia, Lincoln, and I swam in the water for 3 hours just having a good time together, then finally decided to head back to camp. When we got there Bellamy came running up to us.

"Guys! You'll never believe it!" Bellamy said excitedly. We looked over at him and smiled.
"What is it big brother?" Octavia said laughing. Bellamy's eyes lit up.

"Luna had the baby! I'm a daddy!" Bellamy exclaimed excitedly.

Bellamy and Luna have been together for a year now. She got pregnant with his child when they first met.

"What?!? Really! Omg congratulations!" We all exclaimed in unison. Octavia hugged Bellamy and that's when we noticed she was crying.

"Mom would be so proud of us! We are saving human race and creating more people. I love you big brother." Octavia said with tears in her eyes. Bellamy had a sad look on his face.

He hugged Octavia tighter. He told her that she is always with them no matter what.

We all went to go see they baby. It was a little girl. She looked just like Bellamy with Luna's green eyes.

After a while we left the happy couple and went our own ways.

Raven and I went to our room in the bunker. (this is where praimfaya never happened.. just a happy story without death and pain.) When we reached the room raven pulled me inside.

Raven's POV

I pulled Clarke in our room. I was so nervous. I am going to ask Clarke to be my wife.

"Babe are you ok?" Clarke asked me. I took a deep breath and looked at her. I kissed her and told her I have a surprise for her. I told her to close her eyes. When she did I dropped down on one knee.

"Open your eyes babe." I said to her. When she looked at me she had tears in her eyes. She covered her mouth.

"Omg! Raven! What are you doing?" Clarke asked in surprise. I grinned up at her and kissed the hand I was holding.

"Clarke Griffin, I loved you since the first day we met. When I laid eyes on you after you found me on the ship, I was in love. When we started dating you've been the only thing or one I've always wanted to be by. You are my everything baby girl. I love you so much. So with that being said mi amor, Clarke Griffin will you marry me?" I asked with tears in my eyes. Clarke was crying but nodded her head yes. I jumped up and grabbed her. I spun us around.

She looked up at me and we both kissed. Her lips tasted sweet with salt and I deepened our kiss.

This is it. Just Clarke and I forever and always. She is my dream come true, my true love, my everything. She makes me feel like nobody else is around.

This is how it is supposed to be. And now I am finally in peace.
