Chapter 3 - The 3rd Page
"its Alex playing a joke! Alex it isn't funny anymore!" Victoria Yells
"if she is, its on sick joke" Maverick says
they stand there still, just looking at this page on the tree.
"we need to sleep" Daniel says
"im not sleeping by myself!" Kira says scared
"why don't we all just sleep in mine and Victoria's tent, its big enough for us all" Tamara Suggests
"Let us get our things" Josh says and get tugs on Joels jumper.
Joel snaps out of his gaze and follows Josh, as the other also grab there stuff and move it into Victoria and Tamara's Tent
"Joel are you okay?" Josh asks as they grab some of there stuff
"yeah, to many beers" Joel said with a shocked face
"I know its weird" Josh says putting his hand on Joels shoulder
"nah, its just a practical joke, its probably nothing" Joel says leaving the tent
The all meet up at Tamara's Tent and all set up where they were sleeping. Tamara has two double blow up beds, so herself and Victoria took one & Maverick and Daniel took the other while, Kira, Joel and Josh has to sleep on the floor, it took them all about an hour to fall asleep.
after a restless nights sleep, the sun rays hit the tent and the 7 of them all slowly begin to wake up.
They all leave the tent together to see that breakfast was ready for them by the campfire.
one by one they walk over and grab some breakfast which is bacon and eggs with toast and they all sit by the campfire. Glenn starts counting them notices that there are only 7 of them.
"Isnt there 8 of you guys? where is Alex?" Glenn asked
the group all looked at each other, trying to think of something to say, when all of a sudden Josh speaks
"she went for a walk early this morning, should be back in a couple of hours"
"oh okay, she better not get caught otherwise Margret will kill her!" Glenn said with a chuckle
Joel turns to Josh.
"why are you lying?" He whispers
"because we need to figure out what is going on, we will find Alex before tonight" Josh whispers back
"you will get in shit for this" Joel replies
"oh well most of the parents hate me anyway" Josh responds with a smile
they all finished there breakfast and met back at the tent, all wondering what this new day will bring, but most of all, how they were going to deal with the disappearance of Alex.
"what are we going to do about Alex?" Victoria asks
"We have to go find her!" Kira replies
"we have to have a plan, because whatever has taken her, we have never dealt with before" Tamara says
"we don't even know if something took her, she could just be lost" Maverick remarks
"there were two pages last night" Tamara says
"someone could of put them up, Alex even!" Maverick says
"I think Alex would of came back during the night if it was a practical joke" Josh says
