The sun rising over the horizon. The dark greyish blue sky goes over to a slight red, orange, yellow, then blue. With the sun showing it's colours some beams of light makes its way through Eren bedroom window, forcing his eyes open. Looking up onto the ceiling. "Mornin' huh..." he mumbles, covering his eyes with his right arm, smiling.
Closing the door behind him, he makes his way down the stairs, heading for the kitchen. Taking a step into the kitchen he sees his mother at the kitchen counter making breakfast while the man known as his dad is sitting by the table reading the newspaper, the usual. "Morning!" He says enlightening trying to get their attention.
"Morning" she says, not making eye contact. As for his father which on the other hand stays quiet. Like he didn't even know that someone else have entered. Letting a sigh slip away he takes a few steps towards the counter, taking his home made sandwich. Before they have any time to question him he walks towards the door, crouching down putting his shoes on, getting up grabbing the leather jacket and a dark grey satchel over his shoulder. Opening the door as soundlessly as possible, heading out. I don't get those two..... he says in his thoughts as as he eats his ham and lettuce sandwich, walking on the path to town.

Reaching past the first few houses, the ground gets replaced with stone, small houses placed all around town. When he well reach the centre he can see the different stalls placed in a sort of circle, with a gracing fountain in the middle of it.
Being the weekend the town is filled with people who's there on a shopping spree. Because of the reason that most of the people here live a ways away from the town they try to buy everything they need when they're well there.
"Now where should I go first now..." he mumbles looking at list he has in his hand while walking past the villagers. Suddenly as he looks up he sees one old lady standing at one of the stands waving at him. A sign that she wants him to come. Noticing her he stops in his tracks to then make his way towards her, having a tight grip of the shoulder strap so that it won't fall off. "Hello lady Fujita" He says politely as he stops in front on stall giving her a genuine smile.
"Well hello there Eren" she says smiling back at him.

"It feels just like yesterday that you would be here on these very streets fighting the older boys. So short and cute you were back then" she says looking at him as he'd look at the different vegetables that she have put up nicely on the various shelves. Seeing the small boy who would use all of his strength trying to reach over the counter. In reaction to her warm and memorable words he look up at her a little surprised. "Well I've gotten even stronger now than I was back then, and more handsome" he'd say proud. "Well maybe the 'strong' part but I doubt the other one" he hears the voice of young female saying behind him in delight. In surprise of the girls voice he slightly jumps looking back, at the girl which is around his age. A familiar, no more like a childhood friend to be exact. Her white hair with a slight grey swaying in the wind, with a pair of light grey eyes. Wearing a black top and dark read skirt. "Sasha, you don't need to scare me like that!" He calls her out, getting a snicker in response. "Its funny though" a sigh slips away as he mumbles, "You haven't changed.."
"Oh what? I didn't hear you?" She says in playful, sarcastic tone. "Stop playing with me!"
"Then tell me already" she toys with him. With the two youngsters arguing with each other, the old lady looks at them remembering the old days.

Eight years ago... Running water from the fountain, people walking the streets while the buildings are being rebuild. Things haven't changed, none the less. With lady Fujita organising the stall she heard a faint groaning coming from behind her. Curious over its source she turned around, taking a look over the counter. There, a pair of hands with a tight grip onto its side. Slowly a bit of what's seemed to be a head, a brown haired boy tries to pull his upper body upwards. "I'm..close... can soon.." she heard him mumble now that the vegetables were in his sights. In his struggle of succeeded she saw as a white haired girl entered the fray. It was Sasha. Having known the two for such a long time, she knew what the result would end in. Letting a grin slip she took a step forward, raising her hand, poking his right shoulder saying, "bo!" Thrown off balance by her surprising appearance he looses his grip of the counter, falling down onto the hard stone ground.
