Chapter 4

“Hey Lia… looks like your outfit worked… you have the kiddies in the VIP section drooling and fighting over you!” Bethany says approaching the girls.

“Really now?” She questions looking over at Kelly.

“Yeah, they are wanting you and Kelly to join them.”

“Ok, fine with me.”Rory says and Kelly nods in agreement.

“Well… They are waiting for you ladies.” Bethany says before walking away.

Rory and Kelly walk over to the VIP section and Rory’s heart stops as they approach the table. Rory quickly decides she will play this to her advantage and act like she doesn't recognize them. Karma is a bitch and Logan is fixing to get a huge dose.

The ladies get on the mini stage to perform a “private show” And Rory has the song “worth it” come over the booths PA system. As the music stops the ladies are faced away from the guys with their hoods over their faces and the boys are so excited to get their own show they are just focused on the neck down.

Rory POV

As the lyrics start Kelly gets on the bar as I dance around her, then we switch. Soon the chorus comes and we wave our bodies and do butterfly push-ups towards the stage letting the guys have a look at our asses. They don't need to see my face. Finn is going to be shocked when he finds out that the whole time he was fantasizing over me, because as I am dancing I notice he hasn't looked at Kelly once. We switch off doing our choreography and do tricks with each other. I don't know why guys eat up the “girl on girl” action but it always seems to get really good tips and Kelly needs it. As we pretend to make out “so close and yet so far away” goes through my mind and I can't help but laugh. Kelly is like my sistah from anotha mistah we can literally do anything with each other, and in the past 5 years probably have. As her hand is inching up my chest I hear an intake of breath and stupidly I look over and yep… Finn recognized me. Realizing who I was I think is what made him dash out of here like a bat out of hell because he told the boys he had to go to the bathroom and Colin didn't protest too much. I lean over to Kelly and we decide it's the one on one time so I whispered in her ear that she gets the blonde. I know I'm going to get discovered but I don't want to open that can of worms just yet. Working my way behind Colin I take his tie off and put it over his eyes as Kelly does the same with Logan. I'm so thankful I thought of this, now the boys won't see us and we can switch off. Kelly doesn't know that I know them and preferably I would like to keep that drama out of my work life so for now we dance to the music and as I'm grinding on Colin he starts to put his hands on me and I whisper so low I hope he doesn't recognize my voice “watch those hands pretty boy.” We switch and as I'm grinding against Logan before I can say anything his hands are on my waist. It feels so natural like it was just yesterday and as I revel in it slightly he moans out my name “Ace”. I freeze for a moment thinking he saw me, but realize he is just thinking of me. Feeling me freeze he apologized and Kelly switched with me. I apologize to Kelly, but I call over Mandy and have her finish the dance. I thought I could do this. I thought I could tease him and leave him high and dry. I thought I could make him miserable but all those feelings are rushing back and I need to get out of here. I need a drink. I need a taco!!!

Jase sees me leave the VIP booth and the look on my face and he passes the bar off to one of his tenders and follows me. Getting Channing and Joe, he makes sure that first I am safe. He really is like the older brother I never had.

“Lia, are you ok?” “What's wrong” “ Who hurt you?” “Tell me who he is and he will be mulch by morning.” The boys are firing questions left and right and I can't help laughing at Channing's “I'm so big and tough” act when in reality he is a big teddy bear. “Baby girl… stop for a moment and come here.” Channing wraps me in a big hug and I can't help but feel safe.I'm so thankful to have my family with me. They are all so different but the second one of us are hurt or sad then everyone goes out of their way to help. Kelly and Mandy come in and everybody is staring at me while I'm falling to pieces. I can't get it together. How did they find me? Maybe they didn't maybe they will leave and never realize it was me. Maybe they will just go away and never come back. I try to calm myself down and rationalize when I hear Kelly shooing everyone away except for Channing because he won't go anywhere. They are my rock. Jase says that as long as nobody hurt me than he is willing to go back to the bar but he wants to talk to me later and the girls go back to their routines. Great.. the one night I fall apart is the night we have a full house of celebrities and the PCD’s. “Ok baby girl… no more tears. Now talk! I don't know who they are of what they have done, but my baby is strong and sassy. No one can bring you down like this so don't let them. Tell me what they did and I won't jump to random conclusions and have them dismembered.” Like I said… he's a big teddy bear that likes to play tough, but when any of us get hurt the game's end and his entire demeanor changes. Kelly is sitting beside me holding my hand just waiting for me to say something so that's when I tell them my tale. They don't judge me and Kelly says “everyone has a past chika… don't let them try to ruin your future! Want me to put this Logan guy in his place?” As I smile I just shake my head no. My familia is right. This is my home! This is my town not theirs and I'll be damned if I forgive him and become buddy buddy with him. He does not deserve my forgiveness, but I also know that forgive and don't forget helps me to sleep better at night. Ahhh….. I don't know what to do. So many thoughts are going through my mind. I should have called in sick to work today or I should have just declined the private dance. Either way I have to get them out of my club and the only way to do that is talk to them. Kelly is right… I can't let him ruin my future. I know what I have to do.
