1st Pov. Louise

I stayed quiet, my mind staying numb, which worried me slightly. The awkwardness surround me as Bella and Edward stayed silent as well.

I planned to see Chris before the news of the truck came. I watched as the trees grew taller, thicker, till a bridge came to view.
I leaned afaisnt the windownto see a huge fall, the water misting everything in its path to the ground.

Edward stated at me through the rearview mirror. His eyes taking mine with interest. I sighed and looked down,  my eyes averted up as we stopped.

The whole Cullen Clan, stood outside, dressed with coats or baseball themes outfits. I shook my head, and Bella grabbed my hand.

"Just this once." She said, and I stared at her in content. I gave her a nod, and climbed out if the car.

My eyes instantly connecting with Emmett's my scent, I knew, instantly took his senses.

I looked down as I could feel the glares coming from his beloved. I took steps with Bella, as we walked towards Carlisle.

"Welcome, Louise." He said, as Rosalie took the bat. He held out his and and I shook it lightly.
Jasper walked forward, and held his hand out.

"We need an umpire. What would you like to do, Louise?" Esme asked, as she held Bella by the shoulders.

"I-I don't"

"She can just stay on the sidelines, where she belongs." Rosalie said, and Emmett glared at her.

"She can be on your teem and hit." HE said, and I gave him a worried loook.

"No matter the intent of her answer. I wouldn't be good." I said, and rosalie smirked.

"See, now she has some sense." I looked at her and rolled my eyes. I unzipped my jacket, and shrugged it off to only have a thin sweater.

"I'll play." I said, and all of them except Emmett, stared in shock. I stood behind Rosalie, as she waited to bat.

Alice paused and lifted kicked her leg up and shot the ball at her. Rosalie swung, and it wooshed past them towards the woods. Rosalie vamp. sped through the bases, as the ball flew back towards Esme.

Esme's hand clasped the ball just seconds before Rosalie slid into base.

"Yer' out." Bella said, and stood straight, as Rosalie followed her and glared at her.

"Out!" Emmett yelled with enthusiasm.

"Come, on bae. Its just a game." Emmett said, and looke dback at me instantly. Chills rose on my skin as i bent and grabbed the bat.

Alice threw the ball, and i swung a second late.

"Strike." Bella siad, and I glanced back at her. She gave me a determined look, and i nodded. I backed off the base, and breathed deeply. I focused on the bat , and nothing else. I opened my eyes, and stepped up the base.

Alice threw the ball at the smae spped, and i swung. The sound of the ball's crack sounded like lightning, as it flew faster than rosalie's, past everyone.

I tossed the bat aside, and sprinted abnormaly fast threw first, and second base. I heard the sound of the ball being thrown, and i brushed past third. Everyone waiting for the last second, as i slid on my calves and touched the home plate.

"SAFE!" Bella yelled, and Emmett whooped loudly, with smirks on everyone's faces, except Rosalie's. I smiled to myslef, as Carlisle went and made it through the bases safely.

Jasper tossed the bat back and forth and steadied it as Alice threw the ball. Emmett quickly climbed up a tree and caught the ball in mid air. He fell back to the ground fine, as rosalie smirked and spoke.

"My monkey man." She said, directly behind me. I sucked in a breath, as it was her turn to bat.

"Wait!" Alice yelled, and everyone froze. They quickly sprinted back to the group, and Edward began to speak.

"Its them." He said towards Carlisle, and I glanced back towards the woods. I took steps away from them, my eyes searching for anything.

My eyes stopped at a movement, deep red eyes stuck out. My body tensed, and I bent forward slightly.

My body ready to launch if they moved slightly. Arms wrapped around my body, and pulled me back away. I glanced and saw Jasper holding me tightly as he gave me a nod to answer a question in my head.

"There here."
