Chapter Nine:

The Way They Used To Be

"So, how was your first full moon?" Stiles offered me a ride to school. Erica rode with Aiden on his motorcycle.

"Shitty." He chuckled and focused his eyes on the road. "Derek threw me on a wall two times." I shook my head at the thought.

"Really? Did it hurt?"

"Of course!" Then he smiled like an idiot.

"Did you know that Isaac took you home?"

"Nope." I popped the p, followed by my gum. "What?!" I just took in the words that he said.

"Yeah, he did." My mouth was left open. "But don't worry, he was so irritated too. Just like you are now." He gave me a cheeky smile.

"How do you feel about Stiles?"

"I don't know, after I kissed him when he had a panic attack-"

"You kissed him?!"

"Yeah, it was something... great?"

What the hell are these two talking about? Girl stuff? Ugh! Well, I guess I have to deal with it.

"How about you, Erica? What's going on between you and Aiden?" I tried to tag along.

"We had sex the other night." She squealed. I choked on the water I was drinking and accidentally spit the rest out.

"What the holy hell?!"

"Well, it's your fault!"

"How?!"

"I'm not a fan of those kind of things, Erica."

"Ugh, fine." She wiped her clothes off. I couldn't help, but let out a small laugh and she stared at me like she was about to kill me.

"How about you and Isaac?" I turned to Allison and sighed.

"I don't know. Really." I shrugged and frowned. She just nodded in understandment.

"Can't you just be like the way you used to be?" Erica gave Lydia a death glare.

"The way we used to be?" I looked at both Erica and Lydia, but they just shrugged and shared each other a look. I could sense, they're both lying.

What do they know that I don't? And how do they know and I don't?
