Memories That Can Never Be Erased. Again

"I'll never leave you, you need me." I said as he took my right hand between his left and right ones.

"Well, I guess that makes me lucky, 'cause uh, 'cause I don't have anyone." This time, I was the one who held his right hand between my left and right ones. But even tighter.

I held the black pen between my fingers tightly. I started writing on the paper for Isaac:

Dear, Isaac Lahey,

You have me. Always have, always will...

Love, Ellie Reyes

~

"Isaac, you told me you loved me!"

"I do!"

"Then why were you kissing that girl?!" He stayed silent. "Why, Isaac?" He just shook his head.

"It was just..."

"It was just what?" I calmed myself down.

"I like her, okay?"

"But, Isaac, you're with me."

"I know, but... she- she's beautiful and fit and-"

"And I'm not."

"I never said you're not. It's just that I've liked her for a long time and..."

"A long time? Then what am I to you, Isaac?" I'm close to bursting to tears. "Forget it, Isaac. From now on, all I know is you never loved me and- and we're done!" I turned around and walked.

"Never say that I never loved you, because I did! I still do and I always will!" He shouted for me to clearly hear, but I never stopped walking. Just like the tears that are falling from my eyes.

I wiped every tear, but another comes after. I didn't notice that I walked too far and I was on the road, till I heard a car noise. I looked to my right, but all I saw was really bright light, so I covered my eyes. The next thing I knew was I passed out.

I snapped out of my thoughts. I wiped the tear that I never knew was there in the first place. I started to think of Isaac, but the more I think of him... the more I miss him and the more my tears fall.
