A/N: Yeah heyyy guys!! Here's a new chapter sorry if some of the facts aren't quite correct I know absolutely nothing about being a nurse or anything sooo theres that.

"Damn, Dean is cute as hell, Cas, isn't he?" Anna remarked as she and Cas took Dean's vital signs.

"Ok sure, Anna, whatever you say." Anna rolled her eyes. She gazed at Dean and checked his IV. Anger boiled up inside Cas, but he repressed it like he repressed his feelings for Dean in college.

Dean had been in Lawrence Hope for a week. Since Cas worked the night shift, he could go and see him at nearly all times. One day, Gabriel caught him staring at Dean, holding a clipboard and acting like he was writing with a pen that still had the cap on.

"Hey Cassie whatcha writing?" Gabriel asked. Cas jumped and Gabe snatched the clipboard from his hands. "Prenatal care update form? Is there something you should tell us about our patient?" Cas blushed and snatched the clipboard back. "Really man? Why are you always in here?" Gabe interrogated Cas about what he was doing.

"Well, when I was in college, Dean and I were in a fraternity together and I may or may not have had a small crush on him. But he graduated and I was stuck in nursing school and never saw him again, until now." Cas spilled.

"And the pregnancy?" Gabriel retorted

"I grabbed a random form. I didn't think anyone would notice," Cas replied, ashamedly. "And don't call me Cassie."

Gabriel laughed and threw his arm around Cas. "Castiel Novak, you are such a hopeless romantic!"

"Dammit Gabe you're such an assbutt sometimes." Cas rolled his eyes and chuckled.

Cas knew that Gabe was right. Dean would never like him, or any guy for that matter. Hell, as far as Cas knew, Dean was still dating his old college girlfriend, Lisa Braeden, who Cas hated with a passion. He hated Lisa for more reasons than the fact that she was permanently attached to Dean's arm. Lisa was extremely homophobic, and somehow figured out Cas was gay. She threatened to tell his fellow STDs. To keep her silent, he had to do her papers, as well as his. Thankfully, Lisa was happy with her grades, and decided against outing Cas. He worried that Lisa had rubbed off on Dean.

Cas grabbed his stuff from his locker and headed out to his car, a not crappy '78 Continental Mark 5. He threw his stuff in the back and hopped in the front seat. He turned on his radio and turned it to his classic rock station.

Carry on my wayward son

There'll be peace when you are done

Lay your weary head to rest

Don't you cry no more

Castiel sung at the top of his lungs as he drove home to his apartment.

When he arrived home, he collapsed into his bed and pulled out his college yearbook from his sophomore year. He flipped until he reached page 67, where the picture of the Sigma Theta Delta fraternity was. Cas smiled at the thought of all his old friends. Michael, Lucifer, even Gadreel. Cas laughed as he looked through all the pictures. Lots of parties with silly themes like "Jamaican me crazy!" and "Why is this in my closet?"

Cas flipped to a dog-eared page in the "Class of 2008" section. The page contained all graduating seniors with last names Watson through Wright. Dean's smile practically jumped off the page at him. Dean's smile was so contagious that Cas couldn't help smiling back. It made Cas forget all his worries and stresses. After looking back and reminiscing, he felt so much better and fell asleep with a dorky grin on his face.

A/N: So thats a chapter I guess? I feel like I've gotten lots of reads in the past few days; its grown like 10 since yesterday. WOW! Thanks so much loves!
