Chapter 1- Arrival

Dipper's POV

*sigh* we are finally going back to gravity falls. Me and Mabel. Oh Mabel... She's always so excited about everything. I just can't wait to get to go back to gravity falls. I wrote in my 'diary', is what Mabel calls it, about how excited me and Mabel are to see uncle Stan and ford, and gravity falls again.

"Dipperrrr look we're almost there!yeee" I smiled at how happy she is. I never want her to be sad or upset.

"Yes, Mabel I know." Me and Mabel are both turning 16 in a couple of days, and that's probably another reason why she might be excited. She has so much to be excited about.

"what are you most excited about going to gravity falls for, Dipper?" She asked as she looked out the window.

"To see uncle ford and Stan, you?" I told her. But what I was actually really excited about was to see what more mysteries lye at gravity falls now.

"Don't you mean gruncle Stan and ford? Hahaha! But yea I'm really excited to see Candie and Grenda again!" She giggled a little, but that's normal. She does WAY to often though. But like she would always tell me, 'you can never have to much fun or laugh to much!'

I haven't, heard Mabel ever talk about Brenda or Candy ever since we left gravity falls last summer... I wonder why, so I asked her.

"Huh? Have you not seen them at all since we left?" I asked. I honestly thought that she had seen them... Maybe not I guess...?

"*sigh* no... They...they were mad that we were leaving so they didn't want to talk to me until I came back here is what they said." Mabel looked sad. And its been a couple of years since we were last here. Wow... Poor Mabel. She must have been really sad...

We finally had arrived at the mystery shack. As me and Mabel grabbed our bags and said bye to our mom we saw that Stan and Ford were standing at the door of the shack.

"Gruncle Stan! Gruncle ford!" Mabel yelled happily while hugging them. I just walked up to them and said hi. I'm not much of a hugger.

"How's it going kid?" Said uncle Stan, talking to Mabel.

"Great! How about you?" Said Mabel.

"I'm alright. What about you,dipper? How's it goin?" Stan asked.

"Meh." I barely said. "So, how have things been here?" I said as I entered the mystery shack.

"Actually... Since you both left, things have been pretty peaceful. And me and Ford began to worry, because not even bill had shown since you two have been here." That honestly really shocked me. I thought for sure bill would try something again.

"Hmm... Well what about Gidian?" Both Ford and Stan shook their heads. "Weird..."

"I'm going to go to candies house, see ya guys!" Mabel said as she left in the direction of candies house.

"Bye! I'm going to go put mine and Mabel's bags upstairs in our room/attic." I said as I headed to our room.

As I enter the room I drooped mine and Mabel's bags on the floor and I see something I most certainly did not expect...
