Chapter 57 - Tobias
Uriah's finger twitches.
I'm sure that I'm just imagining it until it happens again. Hana jumps back, wide eyed. Then she leans forward.
"Uriah.....?" She asks.
Uriah blinks opens his eyes.
He pauses for a second, then,
"What's with all the long faces? You look like you're at a funeral!"
The room explodes with sound.
Hana cries and hugs Uriah.
Zeke just stares at Uriah, unable to move
Christina hugs Cara, and Mathew applauds loudly.
Peter's face twitches with a smile.
And Tris pushes her lips against mine.
It's the best moment of my life.

When the room has finally cleared, and a sobbing Hana has been lead out by Zeke, I approach Uriah's bed.
"Uriah," I begin, not sure of how exactly I'll break the news to him that it's my fault he almost died. But I am interrupted before I can finish.
"Look, Four, I could still hear while I was out. I could hear everything, just couldn't respond or react. And I want you to know that I don't blame you. I heard what you said to me when you first came to visit. It's not your fault. You didn't know that they were gonna hurt anyone," Uriah says.
Uriah forgives me. I can't believe what I'm hearing. He actually forgives me for almost killing him.
"Thank you for bringing Zeke and mom. The whole time, I just wanted to hear their voices," Uriah continues.
"No problem," I say, choking on my words.
"Four. It's not your fault," says Uriah again, firmly this time, staring me in the eyes.
I nod.
