Negotiations

Dakota's POV

Dad and Jack have lead some of the crew to shore. While Will, Gibbs and I stayed behind with the Singaporean pirates. I notice Will whispering with the Singaporean pirates and head over to Gibbs. "Something's not right, Will never talks to them" I tell him quietly.

"Aye, but I wouldn't worry to much the others will return soon" Gibbs assures me.

"Very well, I think I'll take a nap wake me when they return" I state clearly. "Will!" I call to my brother and he looks over. "I'm heading to my cabin, wake me when my father returns" I tell him and he nods his head. I head below deck to mine and Elizabeth's cabin. I decide to read instead leaving my door open.

I was just getting to the good part when I hear a commotion above deck and grab my sword. When I arrive I see Gibbs being restrained by two Singaporean pirates. "Let him go!" I shout and start to fight three pirates at once. From the corner of my eye I notice Soa Feng's ship and curse under my breath. I stop fighting and am disarmed before my hands are bound. The rest of our crew returns after Soa Feng boarded the Pearl.

"Soa Feng you showing up here is truly a remarkable coincidence" dad states. While Elizabeth was made to stand beside me with her hands bound also. Jack was attempting to hide behind Dad and Soa Feng punched him.

"Shall we call it square then?" he asks holding his nose.

"Release them" Will tells Soa Feng pointing to Elizabeth and I. "They're not part of the bargain" he states.

"And what bargain be that?" Dad asks as Elizabeth and I are released.

"You heard Captain Turner, release them" Soa Feng orders.

"Captain Turner?" Jack asks. Gibbs explained that Will lead a mutiny against us.

"Why didn't you tell me you were planning this?" Elizabeth demands.

"What did he promise you Soa Feng?" I ask.

"Jack Sparrow" he says shrugging.

"You promised him me?" Jack asks.

"Shut it Jack, Will why do this?" I ask my brother.

"I need the Pearl to free my father, it's the only reason I came on this voyage. It was my burden to bear Elizabeth" Will says answering both mine and Elizabeth's questions.

" He needs the Pearl. Captain Turner needs the Pearl" Jack says. "You felt guilty and you and your brethren court" he saying looking at Elizabeth and dad. "Did no one come to save me just because they missed me?" he asks. Everyone looks around. Pintel, Ragetti, and Jack the Monkey cautiously raise their hands. "I'm standing over there with them" he states, but Soa Feng holds him back saying there was an old friend who wanted to see Jack then me. I notice the En-devour appear and move closer to dad.

(After Jack has left)

Will was taken into custody and Mr Mercer told Soa Feng that he wasn't getting the Pearl.  "Shame they're not bound to honour the code of the brethren, isn't it?" I ask Soa Feng smirking.

"It is just good business, being on the winning side" he tells me.

"The WINNING side?" Dad and I ask him.

"They have the Dutchman, and NOW the Pearl! What do the Brethren Court have?" Soa Feng asks us. Dad looks at me and I give him a nod while heading over to Elizabeth. He is chained beside Will.

"We have... Calypso" Dad tells him and Soa Feng looks at him shocked.

" Calypso... an old legend" Soa Feng states but looks at Elizabeth and I strangely.

" No. the goddess herself, imprisoned in human form by the first Pirate Lords long ago" Dad tells him. "I intend to release her and for that I need the brethren court. All the court" he tells Soa Feng holding his necklace.

"What you be proposing captain?" Soa Feng asks still looking at Elizabeth and I.

"What you be accepting captain?" Dad asks him.

"The girls" Soa Feng says.

"What?" Elizabeth asks shocked while I say 'done'.

"Dakota and Elizabeth are not apart of any bargain" Will states.

"Out of the question" dad tells him.

"It was not a question" Soa Feng states.

"Done" Elizabeth and I say. "Don't say a word William, you got us into this mess - if this is what it takes to get us out of it, then done!" I tell Soa Feng.

"They're pirates Dakota and Elizabeth" Will tells us.

"We've had more then enough dealings with pirates" Elizabeth tells him shoving him.

"So we have an accord?" dad asks and we nod our heads. We lead a mutiny against the soldiers and agreed to meet at shipwreck cove. Elizabeth and I left with Soa Feng, where we were taken to a cabin & given new clothes to wear.
