I was up the entire night working through a plan to stay by her side without scaring her away. First thing was to fire Jarred Frey. His record showed his competency. He was a fair addition to the Managing Department of Blake Holdings. But nothing mattered in front of that one woman. No one and absolutely NO ONE can disrespect her and get away with it. The plan was simple, make her mine the human way and then introduce her to our world. My wolf was both rejoicing and impatient, he wanted to mark his mate at this very moment but he also knew, one wrong decision and she may leave. Just the thought of her rejecting us, made my heart constrict in pain. It was like someone tied my heart with steel wire and was now squeezing the life out of it. 

Anastasia Eisele Ray, my mate. She has been working for Blake Holdings for the past two years. For the past two years, she has been near me and I didn't even know until yesterday. I pulled out her company resume which has a little picture of her in blue blouse with her hair tied back. She graduated from NYU 3 years ago in 2014. The employee survey shows that she won the employee of the month award for three consecutive months in the past year.

 I have been reminiscing every second of the last evening and for the first time in my entire existence I have awaited the morning so desperately. Devin and Jaxon went to the office to tell of the changes in management that happened. They wanted to meet her and formally say their greetings. Ana may not know but this is an important ritual in the pack. Each and every pack member has to formally introduce themselves to The Luna before the mating ceremony. Since, Devin and Jaxon are my beta's they wanted her to be comfortable around them.  With every passing moment, my wolf was becoming restless, he at least needed to see her. So, I make my way to her office today.

I can smell her sweet scent in the air as soon as I get out the car stopped in front of Blake Holdings. Only two of my pack members know me in this building. Each of them is standing at the front gate. They bow discreetly and lead me into the building. My heart starts to race as the elevator stops at the fifth floor. A woman in orange dress in standing at reception gawking at me. She regains her composure in a few seconds and greets but I pass by her to the office. The two pack members Rickard and Edward stand guard as I open the doors to the office of the section head.

I'm greeted by adorable brown eyes fixated on me and the entire surroundings become blur. She is wearing a pinkish white blouse with a bow and a black pencil skirt. She stands in a haste losing her balance a little and says, " Good Morning Sir!". My cock starts to harden and my heart skips a beat as I hear her voice. 

"I'll take it from here. Leave.", is all I can say. Jaxon and Devin need no further instructions. 

They wish Ana Goodbye and close the door after them.
