Reunited again

The two stood staring at each other.

Toast could see tears rising in Ghosts eyes as he stumbled back.

"Sir.... " He looked away, blushing.

"Shut up Johnathan!" Ghost snapped, running over and wrapping his arms tightly around his friend.

Toast cried out at the sudden pain darting through him, but soon hugged back. Tears drizzled down his cheeks. He held Ghost tightly, nuzzling his neck.

Ghost pulled back, staring up at him. "I.. I thought you were dead, Johnny. I really did." He sniffed.

"I know Sir. I did too." He wiped away Ghost tears with his thumb, holding his cheek. Ghost raised his hand and held Toasts.

"I wasn't ready to leave you. I didn't sleep. I didn't bath. I didn't eat." He cried more.

"But Sir, I'm here now. And I'm alive by some miracle." He smiled. "And I won't ever leave you again. Never."

"Promise me you won't leave me."

"I promise." He leaned closer. "I love you, Ghost Sir."

"I love you too, Johnny Toast."

They leaned forward and kissed lightly.

Gertrude smiled at them.

A few hours later, Billy said it was okay for the two to go home, on a condition that they look after the wounds.

The two walked up to their apartment.

"I'm in so much pain, Sir." Toast whined.

"Johnny, you literally cheated death, of course you're in pain." Ghost said, unlocking the door.

They pushed it open and flicked on the light.

"Surprise!!" Shouted Spooker and Colon happily.

"How did you get into our apartment?" Ghost asked.

"Toast gave us a spare key, remember?"

Ghost looked at his partner, who rubbed the back of his neck, smiling awkwardly.

That smile.

Ghost sighed.

"Hey Toast! I'm so glad to see you alive!" Spooker ran up and hugged Toast, who winced at the pain.

He laughed as Colon joined in too. Ghost stood to the side, watching.

He felt so jealous. And he knew why.

"Well, why don't we party?" Spooker smiled, pulling Toast by the arm into the room and closing the door.

But one thing was for sure, he was happy to see Toast smiling.

*time skip because why the Hell not?*

Toast and Ghost were now left alone in their appartment.
Toast was slowly dozing off to sleep in the corner of the couch. Ghost looked at him and smiled. He blushed darkly, crawling over and lifting Toasts arm, wrapping it around him and snuggling into his partner. He felt him shift, and hold him tighter, cuddling with him.

Ghost sighed happily, flicking off the light and closing his eyes to sleep.

The door opened again.

"Oh guys, I forgot the.." Spooker tailed off, before grabbing his boyfriend's arm and dragging him into the room. "Look at them Colon!" He whisper yelled.

Colon didn't say anything. He just pulled out his phone and snapped a photo of the two.

The two partners were snuggled together and cuddling. And sleeping peacefully.

"Send me that photo," Spooker said, leaning to his boyfriend.

"Will do.... oh wait,"

Colon walked over and got them a blanket, placing it on the partners and then snapping another photo.

"There. Let's go."

"Can we draw fan art of them?" Spooker asked once they were out.

"Yeah. They are shipped after all."

*breaks the fourth wall*

"So he made it out alive?" A woman asked.

"Yeah. Somehow. Due to a microwave."

....

"Did ya let him live?" He spoke again in his western accent.

"No. Of course not. He deserved to die." She spat.

"And that Gavin got arrested again." He sighed. "I gues we gotta bust 'im outta there again."

"Maybe. Let's see how it plays out, but for now.." she held her hand out and a ball of fire appeared. She looked into it. "Let's see how dear little Amiee is doing."

They looked in to see an empty cell.

"What the-" the woman growled.

"She's a spirit." The man loaded his gun. "And that means she's still out there."

"I'll kill that brat and feed her soul to the damn demon dogs."

So then.

Hello. I don't know about you guys, but I'm freezing.  And I am also getting a cough. There will be an author's note after this so please read that. It includes important information.
