"JESUS CHRIST, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" Was the first greeting that Yoongi received when he entered upon Jeon Jungkook's house. His shirt was stripped bare, hence exposing his body that was oddly toned.
Not that Yoongi cares.
"What are you doing with your shirt off?" Yoongi couldn't help but ask that, even though he barely knew the guy yet and he knew he was supposed to be polite. He hoped he didn't mind showing a little bit of how Yoongi lives his life off the restaurant owner dream.
Jungkook opened his mouth, then shut it again. He crossed his arms, trying his best to hide his body structure. "Uh, well, me and my friends are...playing tag with water guns."
Chidlish, like how I last saw him with the lamb skewers. Yoongi mused to himself, and smiled. "Alright. May I?" He enters his living room once Jungkook allowed him to. Making himself comfortable around the sofa, he heard Jungkook yell, "Hyungs!" before settling down on a chair, suddenly fiddling with his fingers and biting his lip.
The two entered afterwards, chests bare and wet like Jungkook's. They seemed to be talking about something funny, since the brightest smiles were spread on their faces. Their smiles died down once they saw Yoongi, along with their bare-chested friend, Jungkook.
The first sound Yoongi heard from either of them today was a collective gasp that they both resounded, followed by, "It's Min Yoongi of Kokebab!"
"Come on now," Yoongi bluffed, "this isn't the eighteenth century. You can just call me Yoongi or hyung. Wait, how old are you guys?"
"That doesn't matter now!" One of Jungkook's friends exclaimed, placing his hands on Jungkook's shoulders as a wide, beamy eye-smile cornered his features. "What matters most now is that you're taking our best friend out on a date! Go on, Jungkookie, get dressed."
Jungkook blushed a furious red and shook his friend's hands off his shoulders, bursting out in stutters, "W-What do you mean?! I barely even know him, and now you two are assuming that I date him? Jimin-hyung, have some common sense!"
As the two were busy scolding each other, the other friend only scratched his head, followed by a sigh. He looked over to Yoongi, and couldn't help but ask: "Are you really taking Jungkook out, Yoongi-ssi? I'm Taehyung, by the way."
The said man chuckled, uncrossing his legs as he readied himself. "As a matter of fact, I think that's what I'm here for." He receives Taehyung's outstretched hand, and shakes it with a firm smile on his features.
Afterwards, the three had grown silent. Jungkook and Jimin had stopped with their bickering, and the other's eyes grew wide, lips sealed shut as his hand was still outstretched.
"P-Pardon?" Jungkook breathed out, as he and Jimin lowered their hands, which probably came from all the playful slapping they've been doing while arguing.
Yoongi ran a hand through his slightly unkempt hair, releasing a small laugh whilst shaking his head. "Oh God, I don't even know the exact purpose of doing this, but I guess I kind of...want to get to know you? So, here I am."
The three were still staring at him, all oblivious and taken aback. In the blink of an eye, you could already see them huddling together, muttering stuff that Yoongi couldn't quite make out.
"Date him, Jungkook."
"Do it. Do it for the free lamb skewers!"
"Shut it, Tae. We can't make Jungkook date a famous man just for his lamb skewers."
"But hey, we are at a very big advantage here."
"Hyungs!"
The two grazed their attention towards Jungkook, who had his fingers pinched against the bridge of his nose as he inhaled a sharp breath. "I won't date him. That's it and final."
Jimin and Taehyung frowned. Jungkook was indeed taken aback by their sudden expressions. Were they that desperate to take him out on a date with the Min Yoongi? It's quite obvious that he embarrassed himself in front of him that day. He wouldn't wanted history to repeat itself.
Jungkook then turned towards the said man, who was busy roaming around the interior of their house. For some reason, Jungkook never paid attention to the owner of Kokebab. He wouldn't pay attention to the owner of Kokebab, or any owner at all. He didn't find the owners that important.
Yet this, he was eager to know more about.
"Although," he said slowly, "I wouldn't mind getting to know him more too..."
Those words came out in a mumble, yet the two behind him were able to catch the gist. This had caught the attention of Yoongi as well, as he averted his gaze from the ceiling towards Jungkook's, a small, innocent twinkle forming on his eyelids that sent Jungkook's heart skipping a beat for a split second.
As their gazes locked, an excited gaze arose from Taehyung and Jimin's features as Jimin grabbed his wrist.
"Come on, baby boy, let's get you changed, shall we?"
