Right so eventhough I said we would've serpent our saved up money on a shopping well after telling our parents the good news (not for their bank accounts of course) we set up a trip to visit the Trafford Centre. It's a huge shopping centre near Manchester filled with so many shops like New Look and Selfridges and basically a girls heaven exactly from the busy part. And just because we so extra it's funny we planned out shopping trip for nearly a year later like talk about organised. At least we knew that our parents would have plenty of time to save up some money to 'lend' to us, but it's not like I'm ever gonna pay them back. Love you mum and dad.
We all thought that this year was going to go so slowly but nope it was one of quickest years in high school. It was a very important year as it was our crucial GCSE studying time and so we all knew that we had take this year serious and stay focused. And at the end of it would be the greatest treat for all of it hard work and effort.
18th July - last day before school
Finally I can run out of gates and not come back for 6 whole weeks of fun and friends. Ahhhh I'm so happy I think I'm gonna die. Of course I didn't run out of the gates like I did when I was in Year 7 *cough* it was more like a skip *cough*. Seeing as we'd finished on a Thursday we decided that the best time to go shopping would actually be the next day because everyone would still be in work and so to make life easier and to save the hassle of having full blown man hunt in the middle of the centre Allison and Lily were both coming to stay at my house. YASSSS.
At the end of the day we met at the rocks (basically I giant pile of stones like they're actually huge that have become a meeting point for the whole school) which we then headed down to Oldham to get a sweet snack before we went home on the bus. We decided to go to Kings Treats (check it out it's a real place) and we all ordered waffles and milkshakes to celebrate the fact that we'd finished and next year would be our last year as high school students. Kinda scary cause I remember the day that I joined school, that nervous little Year 7 who was petrified of the big kids, well I'm now the big kid. "So you both excited for our shopping trip tomorrow?" Ally looked at us and you could see she'd been dying to ask that question for ages. "Of course we are, time to get some new outfits and have a great time together before we head over to Korea!" Lilly actually summed up how I felt so well not gonna lie and all I could think about was images of them performing live as they raced through my head. "Earth to Rebecca?? Becca is she up there? Hellooo darling are you deaf?" Well it turns out that is been so wrapped up in my own thoughts that I didn't realise Lilly was asking me what I wanted to order. Haha typical me. I'm just so excited for tomorrow and this sleepover tonight oooo I just can't wait!
