"Au.....Audrey?" Audrey was lying on the hospital bed, looking very tired. Her right leg was in a huge cast, all the way up to her thigh. She had multiple cuts on her face, and her right arm was in a cast to the elbow.

"Taylor?" She looked in my direction, away from the window. I shook out of my state of shock and ran over to her. "Are you okay?"

Dumb question. Of course, she's not okay. I'm a smart person.

"Pretty sure I'm not, but thanks for asking," she smiled towards me.

"I'm dumb. What happened?" (At that moment, I couldn't remember the quick conversation with Amelia where she told me what had happened.)

"Car accident."

"Where's your mom? I haven't seen her." Other than us, the room was empty with the exception of machinery.

"Downstairs getting food. I'm hungry."

"Is she okay?"

"I think so. She only has a few cuts. The car hit the passenger's side."

"Is there anything I can do to help?"

"Not really. Are you okay?"

"Why are you asking me if I'm okay?"

"Because I've known you for years, I can tell when you're upset."

"I'm fine, I'm just worried about you."

"No, you're not. Something happened at home, didn't it?"

Jesus, Sherlock Holmes over here.

"Fine, yes. My mom came home early. She saw my shirt."

Silence.

"What happened?" Audrey asked after a minute.

"Well....she freaked out. Yelled a lot. She said that she's going to send me to a conversion therapy camp, and a counselor, and she uhhh......she called me a......a faggot," I said, my eyes watering.

"She didn't....she couldn't have."

"She did."

"Oh, Taylor....I'm so sorry."

"It's fine, really. The rest of my family supports. I don't think I told you but, Brendon's bi."

"Seriously?"

"Yep."

"Nice."

"Audrey, are you aw-Taylor! I didn't know you were here," Ms. Kendra had just walked in with a cup of (probably shit) coffee, and a bag of pretzels. She had a few cuts on her face, but otherwise, she looked okay. A little on edge, but okay.

I told her about what happened at home, and she immediately understood. She offered for me to stay at their house for a while, but I declined. Cecilia knows where they live. And where Dakota and Indy live. My only option other than a hotel is.....Max's house. Cecilia hasn't met the Pierces yet.

I called Max really quickly, explained the situation, and asked if I could stay over their house. They said yes.

I then texted Lucie to tell her what happened and if Amelia can bring her some of my shit because I'm sure Cecilia would be checking everyone's phone for any sign of communication from me. Amelia has to go back to college tomorrow, so she could really quickly grab some of my stuff, give it to Lucie to drop off, and she won't get in trouble for supporting me.

Speaking of supporting me, I'm wondering how much trouble the rest of my family is getting into for doing so. I'll talk to Lucie about it tomorrow. Right now, I'm worried about Audrey, and how I'm going to get to Max's place.

A/N: This is kinda thrown together. I wonder if you can tell? I can tell. Maybe it's because I'm the author. I really wanted to put out this new chapter, and I didn't have anything else to do at 2 am. So here you go.

I'm listening to the Happily Ever After Fireworks Show soundtrack from the new fireworks show in the Magic Kingdom. I'm a Disney nerd. Shut up.

I promised a reader I'd provide y'all with some of the songs from my gaylist (gay playlist).

1. Everyone Is Gay - A Great Big World

2. The Official Coming Out Song - Ally Hills

3. Radio Friendly Pop Song - Matt Fishel

4. Girls/Girls/Boys - Panic! At The Disco

5. Girls Like Girls - Hayley Kiyoko

Here's a bonus one for those transmasculine kiddos out there -

6. Make a Man Out Of You - from Mulan

And one for transfeminine kiddos -

7. Scars to Your Beautiful - Alessia Cara

I feel like that one just gives confidence and reassurance that you are, in fact, a beautiful being.

Anyway, I'm kinda tired, I wanna put a few more things in my personal book thing called d y s p h o r i a, so I'll see you later guys, gals, and nonbinary pals!
