Tsuki's POV
Gaara stayed over at Temari's snd my house. Since we can't sleep, we sat on the roof. I was laying with my head in his lap looking up at the sky. I sat up and leaned my head against his shoulder. "I love you." I said quietly. "I love you too." He said kissing the top of my head. The sun began to rise and covered the village in soft shades of pink and orange. I kissed his cheek as we stood up. I grabbed his hand and intertwined our fingers as we headed back into the house.
We came inside and saw Temari cooking breakfast with a very confused Kankuro sitting at the table looking at Gaara and me. Temari came out of the kitchen and told us (more like hollered to) that we had to go talk to the elders. The meeting was long and involved a bit of yelling and silence from Gaara and me. We headed home after the meeting. "So how was the meeting?" Temari asked. "Boring." We said in unison. Temari giggled. "Long story short, the wedding is in 2 months." Gaara said. I was starting to get a headache. Probably from all the yelling in the meeting. I closed my eyes and rested my head on Gaara's shoulder. He rested his head gently on mine and hugged me. "Are you ok?" He asked quietly. I nodded. "Headache?" He asked me. I nodded. "I think it's from the yelling in the meeting." I said. "Sorry." He said. I nodded and he kissed my head. "What's wrong?" Temari asked quietly. "She has a headache." Gaara said quietly. She nodded.
"Hey guys!" Kankuro yelled and stomped running down the stairs. My head throbbed. Gaara sighed with annoyance and kissed my head. "Sorry about him." Gaara mumbled to me. I nodded as I saw Temari yank Kankuro's ear. "Tsuki has a headache idiot. Stop yelling!" She whisper yelled at him. "Ow! Temari!" He whisper yelled. Temari smacked him on the head. "You idiot." She muttered. I smiled into Gaara's shoulder. "I'm going upstairs." I said. I walked into my room and layed down on my bed. I tried to sleep but I couldn't. "Let me sleep." I growled at Shukaku. "Not until the boy gets here." Shukaku said. I rolled my eyes and sat up. I sat there for a few minutes staring at the empty walls. I heard footsteps coming upstairs to my room. I looked over at my doorway and saw Gaara standing there. I waved for him to come in and he sat next to me. He layed down and I layed next to him with my head on his chest.
"I love you." I said quietly. "I love you too." He said and hugged me. My eyes grew heavy and started to close. "Now you both can sleep." Shukaku said. I smirked. "I'm going to kill that raccoon." I thought as I fell asleep. "Hey! I can still hear you!" Shukaku said angrily. "Good. You were meant to hear that." I thought before abandoning my thoughts for sleep.

Temari's POV
I finished cooking dinner. "Kankuro go get Tsuki and Gaara for dinner." I hollered from the kitchen. I heard him walk upstairs and I started setting the table. I heard Kankuro come down the stairs. He had a smirk on his face. "Oh no. What did he do this time?" I thought. "What did you do?" I asked him. "Nothing." Kankuro said. "That's a first." I mumbled to myself. He rolled his eyes. "It's what I found." He said. "What do you mean?" Now I was extremely curious. "I'll show you." He said heading upstairs.
I followed him and saw him stop at the doorway to Tsuki's room. I looked in her room to see them... sleeping??? Gaara was laying down next to Tsuki. Tsuki's head was resting on his chest.

I would have woken them up but it was rare to see either of them let alone both of them sleeping. Plus tomorrow was Tsuki's birthday and I still had to find her a present. "Let's leave them alone to sleep." I said to Kankuro quietly. He nodded and we walked back downstairs. Another thing about tomorrow being Tsuki's birthday meant that her father was coming.
Tsuki and Gaara are going to tell Itachi about the wedding when he gets here tomorrow.
