James called me later that night. "So your ok?" He asked. "Yeah I'm fine." I answered. "You made sure everything is locked right?" James asked. "I've been doing this sense I was 12 so yeah." I snapped at him a little. He didn't know we had life lock or whater Its called. "Oh, sorry." He said. "Its fine ,I should sleep I'll see you tomorrow." I tell him. "Yeah same night." He said with a yawn. "Night." I said hanging up the phone.

The next morning I woke up to early 6:00am. So I got out of bed put some music on and hopped in the shower. After my shower it was 6:35am. I made a nice hot breakfast and I watched the news.

"Good morning today on news 15, a young man saved a 13 year old girl. A man in his late thirty's early fortys was arrested and brutally beaten by this young man." The news person said and a picture of James came up. "I'm so glad he saved me he was so Brave and so cute!" The 13 year old girl said.

My jaw dropped after seeing the guy and Jason. Then I muted the tv when I got a call from Amber. "Did you.." She says and I cut her off. "Yup."

"Ill catch you at school." She,said. "Kk." I say as we hang up.

I left the house and drove to school. The 'Bratz' we're just talking to the waves. I jumped out my car. Then Harper eyes me,as a car was pulling up into the school full speed I didn't realize it. Then I realized it seemed to late then I heard someone scream my name the car seemed so close then I feel a weight push me down and roll across the lot. I heard everyone yelling and screaming the car crashes. Was I dead? Or dying?

"Amy, Amy you hear me." I heard a voice I was stuck in shock half my life flashed before my eyes. I look over and see Nick. "You ok?" He a as asked. I shortly nodded. The Dean and the principal we're yelling trying to get students inside.

Nick and I were rushed to the hospital.

"Everything seems good. Nothing broken outside of a few bruises and scratches. " the doctor told me. I nodded he left the room. Then Nick came in. "You ok there love." He said. "Yeah I'm alright what about you." I asked him. "Dislocated shoulder not to bad." He chuckled. "Thank you Nick I'm really sorry." I said. "Nah don't be it was the least I could do." He said. Then my mom came running in hugging me. "OMG my baby are you OK!?" She asked worried. "Im alright ma thanks you Nick ." I told her. She looked at him. "Thank you." She says. Nick nodded with a smile. "Let me go check you out." My mom says leaving the room.

Amber and the rest of the Waves came in. "You did good man." James said to Nick. They did there hand shake. "Welcome back." He added. Nick smiled. "I changed I thought about everything." Nick said. James nodded.

Everything was going to be ok but I feel this accident wasn't by accident. Hes close.
