Chapter 34

As the summer went on we got closer and closer to the first day of school.

My mother, Amber, Harper and I went to do some school shopping. "What about this one?" Harper asked me about the top she wanted to buy. "It looks good." I smiled, it would make a good look on her.

We shopped the whole day, school was in two days, the guys seemed really worried about Silver Fish high, i honestly wondered why the place was named after a bug. According to Jenna's blog before the school was build there was an infestation of silver fishes there, so the deiced to call the place Silver Fish high. strange story but it is what it is.

THE DAY HAS COME

The day we dreaded was finally here, Amber drove me and Harper to school. Our mother was going back to work with the flight attendant job, so Joe will be checking up on us at times.

15 minutes later w reached the school. Jacob, Dylan, Issac, Nick, Johnny, Jax, Katie, and James were in the parking lot. Amber parked we got out and walked over. Amber jumped in Nicks's arms, James hugged me by my waist, I kissed him he kissed back. he held me extremely close to him for some reason.

people were walking and talking, the school was big enough to share but they didn't split the school in half, I guess they knew there would be to much tension to go around anyway.

Jenna says they're trying to break ties with each other. but with the silver and the waves rivaling it's gonna be hard.

We started walking into the school, you know how schools have their groups and everyone is in their own little groups? yeah, I think its more like everyone just stays on their side of the road. The school had banners of both the schools were synced together

Harper and I walked down the hall Madeline and Layla raced down to Harper, they grabbed her arms. "Hi Amy, were browning her for a moment," Madeline says. "You look pretty!" Layla yells. i smiled at her complement

Harper's P. O. V.

I was dragged by my best friends. "um what happened?" I asked them. "OK, so you know how the schools are together, right?" Layla says. I nodded. "You remember the crazy guy you dated a month after James?" Madeline reminds me. of course, how could I forget. he was just as bad as my father. "Yeah what about him?" I asked hesitantly. "Well, he's looking for you." "He wants you back." Layla and Madeline continued each other's sentences. My eyes widen he wasn't the best guy, he wanted to get back at James, then again I did too. No one would think Harper the badass had gone soft, I have to show that I'm still one of the Bratz, keep my record up at least for Amy's sake, the silvers have a female group just like the Bratz but they're far worse. I need to talk to James and fast.

Back at Amy's P. O. V.

I was honestly terrified to walk down the halls without Amber or the guys. I was particularly alone for the first time. Then I saw a group of guys walking, it reminds me of when I first started at Kelly Vil High School. My first encounter with the waves, I shortly smiled, but not long enough to hear a voice that gave me straight chills down my spine, the voice that made me fear the Silvers. That day i went to Jax's party, it was their leader Jared I panicked and ran straight past.

FLASHBACK CHAPTER 22

I went upstairs to look around. Some guys that didn't look like they are from our school walked in. I tried to look for the guy. "Hey, cutie." The voice of a guy that stopped us at the dance was in front of me. I backed up a bit. "What's up?" He asked. I shook my head. Another one of the guys laughed. "You always scared the girl's max." He said, "Shut up Jared." Max said. "What's your name?" Jared asked. Then James and Nick came up. "Ah, shit isn't dumb and dumber," Nick said. "This is our girl you don't mess with her," James said stepped in front of me. "So?" Jared said grabbing my arm then licked my cheek. James punched him in the face Jared pushed me I fell to the floor. Amber and Kate quickly helped me up. The guys were fighting. Then 4 more guys came in it was six to six. I was watching, then a guy decided to put a knife to me.

"Stay back before we hurt the girl." He said. Then Amber came up behind him hitting his head. We ran out into the car and drove off.

END OF FLASHBACK

I got into class bumping into Johnny. "Woah, Amy whats the rush everything okay?" he asked. I shook my head no. "What happened?" He became serious. "I-i forgot that the head of the silvers would be here." I hesitated to say. "Shit, don't worry I got you." Johnny comforted me till we could he hold of James.

When the bell rang me and Johnny walked out, James came racing to me. He grabbed me by my waist and picked me up. "Did he see you? Did he touch you or say anything to you?" James placed me against the wall on my feet going down to my height. I shook my head "No, I just panicked when I saw him." I admitted. "I see, well he won't get to you I won't allow it," James said firmly as he stood up taking my hand. I gripped his hand tightly. This school year is going to be tough, it was kill or be killed.

James walked me to my next class, other students were whispering about something. I couldn't really tell about what, luckily Amber had the same class with me, so James told her what happened. He left for his next class I honestly didn't want him to go.

James P. O. V.

I left Amy with Amber, she'll be fine. Unfortunately, I ran into the asshole himself, I gripped my fist.

"Ah! the man I was hoping to run into." Jared walked up to me, lucky for me it was just him alone. I could kick his ugly ass right now.

"What is it Jared," I grunted as I spoke holing back the anger.

"Nothing just seeing how my rival is doing. Your little girlfriend seemed shook when she saw me." He grinned as

It's too early in the year for me to fight this guy, way too early.

"Why so serious? I won't lay a finger on her." He snickered.

"That's good to know cause if you did you might die, you're on my turf now Jared." I walked past him "Don't slip up."
