a/n: I don't usually write stuff before the chapters but right now I just felt the need, cuz I have two things to say

1 - it never happened before, but I actually have a rank in fanfiction!!! it's #895 and I know it's not that high but hey, it's my first time getting ranked!! so I'm super excited and thank you for reading the story!2 - I planned the story to have 50 chapters and I sticked to this until a few days ago. I decided to add more chapters and more to the story, so I started working on the new chapters ;)

She popped out of nowhere and quickly became a well-known name around the world when she landed a role in the new Spider-Man reboot. We got the chance to talk with Sofia Carson just weeks after they ended filming. She answered questions about her family, friends, how it was to work with her co-stars and many more.

You literally came out of nowhere when Zendaya had to give back her role as MJ. We know that Tom Holland, our new Spider-Man contacted you on Instagram, but tell us more about it!

It was really funny, I had no idea what was going on. I like superhero movies, but I was never a fan who read everything about them, so I didn't know what was going on with Zendaya. One day Tom commented on my photo tagging Jon (the director) and I had no idea what was going on, I was freaking out. Nothing happened, I started joking about it but then he actually messaged me about the role he thought I would be perfect for. By the end of the week we were discussing the details on a personal meeting and casting. At first I thought it was just a joke, but when we had the meeting and they were talking about the contract I had to realize that this is indeed happening.

Must have been a huge change, you had to decide quite quickly since the filming was about to start very soon and they didn't want to postpone the production. How did you process the quick happenings around you?

I was determined, so I was ready to do whatever it takes to be what they want me to be. It was hard to leave everything back, but my friends and family understood that this is a huge opportunity for me and this is what I have to focus on.

 Your best friend visited you on set and you also became good friends with Zendaya who also spent some time with you while the filming. How hard was it to balance friendships and work?

At first I felt bad for Ruby (Ruby Ashton, Sofia's best friend) because we had some plans for the near future that had to be cancelled. But we both knew this was the best. I flew her over because I knew she would enjoy seeing what I'm doing and she also became friends with some of my cast mates, which I'm really happy about. As for the cast, we all kind of knew where the line is. Where we have to stop laughing and goofing around and get our work done. It's easy to work when everyone around you is so focused and motivated.

An unpleasant incident happened where some of your private photos got leaked. It must have been hard to move on or to deal with all the attention you were getting. What helped you through it?

It really was very hard, I was only getting used to being recognized and known and I didn't realize how careful I should be. I felt horrible then and at one point I even considered quitting the movie. I'm constantly still getting hate messages and comments saying that I'm a slut and I should just disappear, and when the photos got out it was the worst. But all my friends supported me, they gave me strength and I'm really greatful for everything they did for me. I'm happy that I can say I left it in the past and it was a lesson I learnt.

Tom Holland sent you a heart-warming post on Instagram telling all his followers how amazing you are. Rumours has been milling around about you and him dating. Can you tell us something about it?

(She laughs happily.) He is the one who gave it all to me. Without him I wouldn't be here, so I'll always owe him one. He is an amazing person and it has been a pleasure to work with him. Rumours has been hard on us, I read a lot of things about us that I didn't even know, but at least I always got educated on my own personal life.

So are you two together after all?

We are very close and I love him, but I would rather keep my personal life to myself.

Of course. Finally, let's talk about your future plans. Do you have anything exciting coming up?

Except this interview? (laughs) Yes, I'm already working on a few projects, unfortunately I can't tell you about them just yet. I'm going to castings and I have a lot of meetings, so I intend to build the road a little longer that I'm on right now. I'm not afraid to challenge myself, I've been dreaming of this for a while now and I want to live it on the fullest, doing my best.
