As Tom made his way to the restrooms many people recognized him. He kindly said hi to everyone and excused himself until he finally reached the bathrooms. Just right in time, because a moment later Sofia walked out with a puzzled look on her face, but it quickly disappeared when she saw Tom.

"Hey! Have you seen Ruby?" she asked joining Tom. With all the people around them she was continuously pushed against Tom, who at one point grabbed her elbow to support her.

"Yeah, just a few minutes ago. I think she is with Laura. Want to join them?"

Sofia nodded smiling and when she felt Tom's hand grabbing hers she couldn't stop herself from blushing. Her small hand almost got lost in his strong hold and he didn't seem to mind the physical contact. 

They made their way across the place, but didn't see any familiar faces, so Tom pulled his phone out of his pocket to text the others.

Laura?? I can't see you at the bar

Unfortunately he got no answers. He waited a couple more minutes with Sofia right by his side, but it was clear no one was about to answer anytime soon.

"I guess they are somewhere near. Want to dance?" he asked turning to the pretty girl next to him. Her eyes lit up and she nodded excitedly.

"Absolutely!" 

His hand found hers once again as he pulled her to the middle of dancefloor. Jealous glances surrounded the two, girls recognized Tom from all the promotion photos and men who didn't even know Sofia had their eyes glued to her body. But she gave all her attention to Tom.

They started moving to the rhythm keeping a small distance between them, but Sofia felt like she had to touch him. Tom was an amazing dancer and it surprised her. She didn't think he got the moves, but apparently she was wrong.

Tom had his eyes on Sofia and he was amused by her stunning beauty. Her blonde hair stuck to her neck and shoulders that was covered in a thin layer of sweat. It just made her look even more amazing. Sofia built up the courage to put her arms around his neck and it didn't take too long for Tom to do the same but on her waist.

"You're a really great dancer," Sofia smiled at Tom, trying to shout over the music. He chuckled shrugging.

"You can't complain yourself too."

Sofia leaned close to him, their bodies pressed to each other in the crowd and she had her cheek right next to his. Being this close to him made her feel anxious but in a positive way. As she felt his strong arms around her body she wished he would hold her like this more often. She mentally noted that she would hug him more just to feel this way again.

Tom had similar thoughts. He'd been having thoughts about her lately, thoughts that are definitely not just friendly, but he was afraid to let her know. She seemed so upset every time someone brought up their ship name or said something playful about them, it made him think that she didn't want more than just a friendship. This is why he hadn't made any moves on her.

But now that they were dancing both of them were having second thoughts. Neither of them could deny the chemistry they were feeling, but they also didn't know how to deal with it.

Sofia was having a hard time trying to figure out what to do. She was new to this world and wanted to prove the world that she is good enough to play MJ. Staying professional was the most important thing to her and that couldn't happen if she fooled around with her co-star in a club. 

There was no way she would risk it all for her feelings that could all be just a quick flame.
