Shiro - Shiro is insanely dedicated when it comes to comforting you when bleeding Satan decides to rear his head in your uterus. He buys all kinds of painkillers, tampons, and pads to make sure you have everything you need. He encourages you to exercise because he read it can help with cramps, but always gives in to your whining and just cuddles with you all day (I mean who the heck would actually get up and exercise tho like boi).
Keith - Keith doesn't have much experience with periods, or girls in general for that matter, but he tries his best. When he found out you were basically dying of blood loss, he secretly googled a bunch of home remedies and surprised you by making some really nice chamomile tea. He even got you a heating pad and cuddled with you until your cramps went away.
Lance - Because Lance grew up with a large family and was surrounded by sisters, he was exposed to periods all the time. He brings out the big guns when the vaginazilla decides to roar, it's seriously a full on spa day. He places scented candles all around the castle, making sure there are lots in your room and around the bathtub. Then, he draws you a warm bath and gives you an amazingly soothing lavender bath bomb. It's perfect and really relaxing.
Hunk - Whenever you're on your period, you can always count on Hunk to be there for you through even the worst parts of your mood swings. He's sweet, understanding, and focused on keeping you happy no matter what. In order to lift your spirits, he always makes you chocolate. From Scratch. How amazing is that!? Of course it always tastes delicious and helps your mood to do a 180.
Pidge - Pidge. Knows. What's. Up. She sympathizes with you so much, having gone through this terrible experience so many times herself. She literally knows every trick in the book: What painkillers to buy, when to change the heating pad, the best chocolate, the most comfortable tampons and pads, and everything in between. Even though Allura and the other paladins care extensively, she puts them to shame by being the absolute best at comforting you.
Matt - Matt loves to tease you and mimic your wild mood swings when it's that time of the month, but he actually cares a lot. He secretly tracks your cycle so he knows when you'll be on your period and can plan ahead. He makes sure to leave special things laying around for you to find, like a random dollar bill in your pocket or a piece of chocolate on your dresser.
Allura - Although they might not have periods on Altea, Allura does whatever she can to make sure you're comfortable. Even when your hormones are raging and you're on an emotional rollercoaster, she sticks with you. You two like to gossip with the mice while watching all of your favorite shows on Netflix when that time of the month comes around, and it really helps to take your mind off of things.
Lotor - Like Allura, Lotor is very unfamiliar with the concept of periods. He was horrified when you first explained to him that you bleed for about a week every single month. Now, after learning about them, whenever you're on your period he snuggles with you while gently rubbing your stomach. He also understands that sometimes you want space, though, and will always ask if you'd rather be alone or together, so you get a nice balance of both.
